You and Me

Party

So yeah...here it goes....another Mystic Falls party but this time at Mayor Lockwoods house; thats not a surprise because they always have a party. Its normal for that to happen. Oh!There were some crazy animal attacks last night but no one seems to remember what type of animal it was. Probably a bear or dog;animals are crazy.

But anyways...Mayor Lockwood canceled school so that everyone can be able to attend. Doesnt mean its mandatory, they just want the town to unite.

I still cant get that off my mind...the wave Stefan gave me, it wasnt even a wave he just turned around and rose his hand. I just tapped his back, casual Elena. Bonnie was over helping me pick out an outfit because she was actually already ready to go. I was hoping Stefan would come because its a party where we can bond even more.

"So, did you guys even kiss yet?" Bonnie asked, I shook my head and she groaned loudly.

"Your relationship with Matt was faster than yours with Stefan." she said, I shrugged trying not to agree with her. Stefan is just so different from Matt and I understand if he doesnt want a girlfriend at the time because he just moved back. Im letting him settle down, Im going to be his friend for now until he actually feels like going somewhere with our relationship.

"Stefan is just different from Matt, Im not pressuring Stefan. He moved back down here so I think its best for him to settle down first" I said hearing a knock at the door, I didnt walk to answer it instead I was looking through my closet for a good dress or something.

"Hey Elena, are you going to that party?" Jeremy asked walking in and smiling at Bonnie. I dont know why he always does that when he sees her. She just awkwardly sits on the bed ignoring him.

"Yes, now tell me is this cute?" I pulled out a red dress that had no sleeves. He shook his head making a face of disgust; he threw himself on my bed making Bonnie move quickly.

"Jeremy and Bonnie, I need a cute outfit" I whined, Bonnie walked to my closet letting out a big sigh.

"Wear the scarlet dress" she said taking it out, I stared at it for a while tilting my head. Jeremy got up and grabbed the dress as he examined it.

"Well...not your style but I think you'll make it work" He smiled and handed it to Bonnie as he walked out my room.

"Aw" Bonnie said putting the dress to my body, I smiled and turned around to put it on. As I put it on I heard my phone vibrating so I quickly picked it up as Bonnie arranged the dress on me.

"Hello" Stefan's voice came out through the phone.

"Hi" I answered as Bonnie asked who was it.

"Elena, are you attending the Lockwoods party today" He asked lowly.

"Yes, I am, are you?"

"If you're there, Im there" I could tell he was smiling, I began to smile at how his chuckle vibrated through the phone.

"Well, I'll see you in a little bit" he said, I nodded and we hung up.

"Stefan is going" I squeeled, she laughed as she finished fitting it on me.

"God, this is cute" I smiled, she nodded as she began to do my hair. She didnt it softly so she wouldnt hurt me. Regular old Bonnie.

After what was ten minutes we were walking downstairs, Jenna looked at us making sure we were appropiately dressed.

"Is Stefan coming?" she asked, I nodded as heat rushed to my cheeks. To my ultimate surprise there was a knock at the door. I walked to open it; Stefan was standing at the door with all black on. I smiled at him and he walked in placing his lips on my cheek. I didnt make him move because he didnt kiss my cheek for long. Only for a second because he was that type of gentleman.
