[Today is the last day, mom thank you for sending me Savio. I've noticed that the light in my eyes is even brighter than before they started losing their light, but I still feel like I'm missing something. Oh right I need to "decide" whether I'll give up or not, even though the answer is obvious. But that's at the end of the day, so what am I missing?]

"Morning beautiful, sleep well?"

Savio asked, giving me a good morning kiss on the forehead.

"Morning my savior."

I responded sleepily with a gentle smile, as I started rubbing the sleep from my eyes. Not noticing that Savio was frozen in shock, as I got out of bed and went to the bathroom to get ready for my day.

"My parents wanted to meet you before they leave again, so we'll be having lunch with them."

Savio told me reluctantly, I just nodded and ate the breakfast that he made for me. We played board games all morning, until it was time to get ready for lunch with his parents. Putting on a simple dress that Savio bought for me yesterday, I went downstairs to see him waiting for me at the door with it ajar.

(Time~Skip)

"So what's your decision Hope? Are you really going to give up?"

Savio asked me, once dinner was over and we were in his room.

"Giving up is for the people who have no hope, and I'm no longer one of those people. What reason do I have for giving up, when I have you to keep me going? Happy Birthday Savio, thank you for giving me hope and a happy ending."

I answered, as I pulled Savio into a hug. I heard him sigh in relief as he returned my hug, resting a hand on my cheek.

"This isn't the ending, but a new beginning."

Savio responded, his voice sounding huskier as his face inches closer to mine. Shutting my eyes, I felt sparks as his lips reached mine, pulling me further into the kiss.
