Lets start over

My sister is still in the pshyc ward. They said she will be there for another week. I was so upset that everythin fell on the back board, school friends..henry. Speaking of him i decided leaving the date early, and not talking for him for almost a week i should at least make a phone call. i sat in my bed in my jammie pants and picked up my phone.

It rang three times and then i heard his voice. "hey beautiful" that put a wide smile on my face. he is such a sweetheart. "hey henry, i just wanted to apologize for the other night.." he didnt even let me finish. "dont be..i understand completely." i doubted that.."well, maybe we can start over!" i said happily. It was noon and i was still in my jammies..maybe i could get out of the house for awhile."that would be awesome..wanna go get some ice cream?" i jumped up and started to get ready. ice cream sounded amazing!!

we met up at the parlor and he looked adorable as always. When we walked in, i saw something that shocked me. Toby was at the bar part of the parlor sitting next to stacie! i smiled. what a nice thing to see! we sat in a booth and instead of sitting across from me, henry scooted in right next to me. He smelt amazing. I suddenly felt really shy..speacially when his arm went around my shoulders resting on the booth. Oh wow. This was interesting. I turne and looked up at him. I saw him staring at my lips like he just wanted to kiss them..and thats exactly what he did. He freaking kissed me! and it felt so good. his lips were soft and he was gentle about it. I had to take a deep breath when he pulled away. Oh my that was something. When i opened my eyes he was smiling. all types of proud.

I looked over at the bar and i saw toby smiling at me. Henry then apologized.. "im sorry if that was out of line..i just like you alot." i nodded "yoou are fine..that was great." that made him laugh. "well good, i am glad to hear that." This day was turning out to be a good one. and that is exactly what i needed. was a good day! Half way through our ice cream toby walked up smiling. "hey you. enjoying your dessert?" i smiled back. "i am actually." he nodded. stacie was still at the bar. "well i will be at the skate park in a couple hours.." that sounded about right "ill be there" i said poking around at my ice cream. I then looked over at a very handsome henry. "you wanna go?" he laughed. "im not a big skater or biker..but i will go"

We both walked back towards my house. "so henry, i dont know much about you..or where you came from." he shrugged. "like i said..somewhere far away...my family and i dont speak anymore." Odd. really odd. i kept wondering why he wouldnt just tell me where he was from. and about himself. he knew alot  about me. After i picked up my bike me and henry rode over to the skate park in his truck. Toby was already there sitting next to his bike on his phone. I whistled as we walked towards him he looked up and smiled. We didnt even reach toby when sirens were going off all around us. what was going on?? couple of patrol cars pulled up. a couple officers walked towards us with their  hands on their weapons. "whats going on.." i started to ask them but i stopped when i saw henry put his hands up and kneel to the ground. what in the serious hell was going on here.

The officers walked behind henry and slapped cuffs on him. "you are under arrest for 1st degree man slaughter you have the right to remain silent.." their words became blurry. i was shocked. my jaw fell open. as they started to walk him away he looked back and apologized. I felt shocked and betrayed. as he was being put in the car he made eye contact with me. His face looked sorry and sad. And also guilty. I felt an arm rest around my shoulders. Toby then pulled me into a hug. Ofcourse..things were starting to be to good to be true.
