Breath of speed- allows a person to move faster the more air they breath (kinda like Zenitsu Agatsuma from Demon slayer I think? I might want to watch that anime...).
Drawbacks- Uses it too much becomes light-headed and continues will faint or even cough up blood.
Inko's Quirk It's the same as the anime but is way more powerful, he is also a pro hero.
Drawbacks- extream migraine, blood coming out of her ears/eyes if used too much
