Wesleys POV:

Just a couple hours later, Keaton and Meghan came in. Meghan holding a bag from what it looked like, Taco Bell, and Keaton holding a guitar.

"Hey Maddie, Hey Wes." Meghan said coming over to us and hugging us one by one. And then Keaton put the guitar down near a little couch across from us and sat down.

"I got Taco Bell. You guys hungry?" I heard Meg say. I was so hungry. I was exhausted too. It was probably like 3 o'clock in the morning right now.

"Yeah, thanks Meg." I took the bag and opened it up. I pulled out a taco and placed it on a little plate next to me.

"Ahhemm." I turned to see Maddie with a big grin staring at me take the taco out of the bag.
"Gimme some you meanie."

"Ooo you gotta come get it first babe." I teased her and smiled. Right when I smiled her face instantly lit up with a smile too.

"Wesley! Gimme the damn taco!" We both laughed. She playfully tried and tried to get the taco but failed each time.

"Fine but you have to kiss me." I smirked.
"Ew why would I wanna kiss you." She smiled and moved closer. She came to my ear and moved her hands on my chest. I bit my lip. She started to whisper something in my ear, "You know I would kiss you but-" she removed her hand from my shirt and quickly grabbed the taco next to me and pushed me back.
"Maddie!!" We both laughed. I put a puppy face on. "Don't you love me?"

"No not really. When I'm hungry I'm hungry. You may wanna step back..." She giggled and smiled. "just kidding Wesley you know I love you." She came closer and put her arms around my neck and softly pecked my lips.
"Gosh get a room guys." I heard Keaton say as I pulled away and we all laughed.

I smiled over at my beautiful girlfriend. The one who was in the hospital bed. The one who has been fighting for her life for years. The one who has my heart. Forever and ever.

After we finished eating our tacos I glanced over at Keaton and saw the guitar.
"Hey keats mind if i play something on the guitar?" An idea sparked in my head.
"Yeah sure." He said as he handed me the guitar.
I walked back over to the little chair next to maddies bed.
"Babe you like hearing me sing right?"
"No I don't like it. I love it." She smiled and began to sit up.
I started humming.
"This is a new song me and keats wrote." I looked over at keats and he gave me a thumbs up.
I started strumming the cords. I just love doing this, nothing can separate me from my music.

Maddies POV:

I sat there on my bed listening to wesley strum the cords on the guitar.
He didn't even care that we were still in the hospital. He treated it like we were just at home.

He looked over at Keaton.
"I guess I'm singing your parts keats." Keats smiled and nodded while Wes giggled and went on with playing. Gosh he was so cute.

"This is called Love Will Be There."
He looked down at his guitar and started singing the words.

"Sick of all the people talkin' bout me
When they don't really know me.
They don't really see the same as I see well I know what I'm supposed to be.

People show me love but then they judge me.
Why they gotta treat me so shady?
They think that they sit above all things but really in the shadows they are drowning."

He had so much passion when he sang. His voice was so smoothing. I am so lucky to have him.

"I've had enough, had enough, had enough, but I'll never give up. I've had enough, had enough, had enough, but I'll never give up.

When all else fails, all else fails, love will be there, love will be there.
And time will tell, time will tell. Who really cares who really cares.

All's well it ends well and we made it through this hell.
When all else fails, all else fails, love will be there, love will be theree.

Yeaaahh

It feels like I'm living in a bad dream but positivity is what will save me.
I never said it would be easy but I swear you put in the work you're not worthy.

I don't know where the path may lead, but focusing on the light will help me see. I'm not scared to get my hands dirty, as long as I finish strong on my journey.

I said I've had enough, had enough, had enough but I'll never give up.
I've had enough, had enough, had enough but I'll never give up.

When all else fails, all else fails, love will be there, love will be theree, and time will tell, time will tell, who really cares, who really cares.

All's well that ends well and we made it through this hell. When all else fails, all else fails, love will be there, love will be thereee.

Oh oh oh ohhhhh. Love will be thheerrreeeee."

The tears were literally unbearable.

Wes put his guitar down and came over to me and hugged me tight.
His hugs were just right. I felt so safe and loved when I was in his arms.

"Wesley. That- that was amazing." He smiled and wiped a tear from my face. He gently rubbed the back of his hand on my cheek.

"Babe that song was about you." I smiled.
"How?" I said leaning back looking in his eyes.

"Well, it says 'when all else fails, love will be there' .. In other words, when I'm going through a rough time, you will always be there. You're my love. Love will always be there. You will always be there." Tears formed in his eyes but he kept going. "And when it says 'all's well that ends well, and we made it through this hell' it means, no matter how it ends, we can make it. We can make it through this hell, together."

His face completely lit up with a smile, even though tears were streaming down his face.

"I love you more than anything." He hugged me so tight again and made me feel so warm. I moved over on my bed so he could come on. I rested my head on his shoulder and slowly drifted off to sleep in his arms.

"Goodnight Wesley." I kissed his cheek and cuddled with him under the thin hospital bed sheets.

"Goodnight beautiful." He put his muscular arms around me and kissed my lips. I love him so much.
