🌷You would be staring at yourself in the mirror, frowning
🌷You'd poke and grab at anything; your face, your stomach, your thighs, anything you're insecure about
🌷Joshua would come in the room and his face would fall when he'd see you
🌷He'd come up to you and cup your face in his hands
🌷 "Baby what are you doing?"
🌷You would refuse to look at him, keeping your eyes fixed to the floor
🌷 "Babygirl please tell me what's bothering you," he'd plead
🌷 "Why do you love me?" You'd ask, tears forming in your eyes
🌷 "What!?? Where is this coming from?" He would ask, starting to worry even more
🌷 "I'm ugly, Joshua. You should go and find a beautiful girl that's actually worth your time," you would say, your tears slipping down your face
🌷He, however, would refuse to leave you
🌷 "Why are you still here??" You'd cry, raising your voice at him
🌷 "Babygirl. You are not ugly, why would you think that!? To me, you're the most beautiful woman to walk this earth," he'd say, lifting your head so that you'd look at him
🌷 You would immediately see how much concern and love was in his eyes
🌷He would kiss your tears away, and hold your hands in his; a very gentle smile on his face
🌷 "This is beautiful," he'd say, kissing your cheeks
🌷 "And so are these," he would kiss your chest and your tummy
🌷He would move down to your thighs and kiss them both "and these are beautiful too"
🌷He'd come back up to your face and kiss your lips passionately
🌷 "Babygirl, please don't ever call yourself ugly again, because you are beautifully and wonderfully made."
