Episode 4: Another New Companion

Ash - Who are you? And what are you exactly doing in here?

????? - That's not exactly important right now. Let go of her hand!

Leaf (very embarrassed and blushing furiously) - N......N......N.....No. I don't want to.

The mysterious girl gasped in shock and she noticed that both of them are blushing and looking away from each other.

Ash's mind - 'So this is embarrassment feels like. I sometimes blush out of nowhere and I feel shaky.'

Leaf notices that Ash's grasp on her hand is shaking. But before she speak, the mysterious girl interrupted her.

????? - Don't tell me both of you are a couple?!

Ash quickly let go of Leaf's hand and he said while shaking his hands vigorously signifying that it is a no.

Ash - No. No No No No! It's not what you think! 'as he closes his eyes and take a deep breath'.

Surprisingly, his embarrassment faded away in an instant. Ash then opened his eyes.

Ash - We are not YET officially couple right now. But someday, we will be.

Leaf blurted out of nowhere, still embarrassed.

Leaf - H-H-How did you do that, Ash?! How can you shift your emotions in an immediate manner?!

Ash then sat down and told the girls to sit down as well and they did so.

Ash - Before I'll explain who really I am. I think Misty wants to introduce herself.

Misty - Wait, how did you know my name?

Ash - I'll explain later. For now, introduce yourself to Leaf because I already know you and everything about you.

Misty - Okay If you insist. *as she faces Leaf and offered her right hand* Hello there. I'm Misty. I'm from Cerulean City. Nice to meet you.

Leaf accepted her hand as she shook with it and she greeted back.

Leaf - Nice to meet you too, Misty. I'm Leaf. I'm from Pallet Town same with Ash. Though my home is far from him.

Misty - I'm also a gym leader from Cerulean Gym but unfortunately my three sisters neglected me as I am not that kind of skilled and beautiful like them. She said sadly.

Ash - Why did they neglected you? I don't think your ugly to me. You are beautiful in your own way. The personality, the physical appearance, everything. They just happened to not see your inner beauty because every girl or woman in this world has inner beauty though it differs in their own way. So try to cheer up and not to weep anymore. I hate seeing a girl weeping from their problems. He motivated her while caressing her back.

Even though they only met for the first time, she misjudged him. Everyone does. Even Leaf, but when she knew the true personality of him, she feel secured when she was with him all the time. Misty thought that Ash is a freak. But she was wrong. Hopefully her insights on him won't change.

Misty - Thank you very much Ash. Even though I only met you for the first time, you're so kind and I'm sorry that I had misjudged you earlier.

Ash - Nah. It's fine. It's just that I've experienced that unknown feeling a while ago while holding Leaf's smooth, gentle, caring and lovable hand.

Leaf (face is totally red while smiling bashfully) - Oh come on Ash. You are making me blush. *giggles cutely*

Ash (as he faces Leaf) - But it's the truth you know. I will never get old on holding your hand/s. I can do that forever. He said sweetly.
