I let her inside and introduced her to my parents, my dad was a little weird at first. Like I'd never brought a girl over before. But I decided not to think too much about it.
We went up to my room and started watching TV. She picked Twisted. I didn't particularly like the show, but that's what she wanted. We sat there for about half an hour before the silence got unbearable and I decided to speak.
"You know you don't have to sit so far away." I said hoping I didn't sound like a rapist.
"Oh. Your dad won't freak.?"
"Nah, he's cool."
"And your mom.?"
"Step-mom. And she's okay with anything."
"Okay. Sorry I'm being so skeptic. That's just how my parents are." She said scooting closer.
I wrapped my arm around her waist and pulled her even closer. She was so close I could smell her. She smelled amazing, and she was so beautiful. I hadn't even realized. She's so cautious, I've never met a girl that didn't want to get as close as she was to me. I'm just glad I don't have to deal with her long.
I was so lost in thought I hadn't even realized she was talking.
"Sorry. What?" I said shaking my head.
"Nothing, I was just saying. Do you do this with a lot of girls.?"
"No. The only other girl I've been with is Mackenzie. And she never wanted to come to my house, we were always at her house."
"Hmmm. I wonder why..."
"It don't matter. She's gone now."
"okay."
She layed her head on my shoulder as we continued to watch TV.
