It's been fours days now and still no sign of Niall waking up, the only good news Harry's gotten is they were going to gradually take Maisie out of the incubation. Today was the first time Harry was going to hold her and he had mixed emotions, he was so happy but also sad Niall wasn't there with them experiencing such moment.

"Are you ready to hold your daughter?" The nurse asks as she takes her out and walks over to where Harry was sitting shirtless, they were going to have a skin to skin session.

"I am," Harry nods, he smiles once she was in his arms. He holds her close to him and kissing her for the first time.

"Do you want me to take a picture?" The nurse asks smiling at how happy he looked for the first time since he's been there.

"Sure." He hands her his phone, he looks and smiles and as soon as she takes it he drops the smile. Niall should be here with them.

"You can feed her." She says softly.

"I.. I'm not sure if I know how to." He looks over to her with a shy smile.

"I'll show you, don't worry." She laughs. "She's the cutest baby and I'm not just saying that, she really is one of the cutest babies I've seen."

Harry looks down into her gray blue eyes, they seemed to be more blue as time passed. He couldn't believe she was his and Niall's baby, he would've never thought moving back to London would make him a father. It was a great feeling. "She's perfect."

"She loves you so much already." She says as she watches him cradle her in his arms.

"Really?" He snaps his gaze to her.

"Of course she does! She almost never cries when you're here, you calm her."

"I lover her so much too."

"It's been a week and still no sign of him waking up, should I be worried?" Harry asks the doctor.

"Well, it is alarming but we still have the hope that he'll wake up soon." She says, she had went into the room to give Harry some good news and instead she's here answering so many questions making this whole situation a sad one.

"The longer this coma lasts the higher the possibility of him not coming back at all, right?" Bobby frowns.

"Listen, we don't know that for sure—"

"He has to wake up!" Maura cries out.

"Please keep calm." Doctor Rosemary stresses out. "I came in here to talk to you about Maisie not Niall."

Harry perks up as soon as he hears his daughter's name, he lets go of Niall's hand to go over to her. "Why? Is something wrong?" He didn't understand, he had just left the NICU a couple of minutes ago.

"No, nothing's wrong." She smiles. "You can take her home today." She sees how his whole face lights up with happiness.

"Really?" Harry smiles widely, he's been avoiding going home because he had the two people he cares about here and he felt lonely when he left to shower and rest. And now he'll have her there with him, he won't be alone.

"We're going to give her a sponge bath while you go and grab an outfit and the car seat." She smiles looking at the the other two who were also smiling.

"That's great, Harry." Maura gives him a side hug.

"We'll go get the stuff, you stay here with me son." Bobby smiles, Harry has a surprise waiting for him at his flat and he didn't want him to see just yet.
