"As in what? It won't turn on?"
"Yeah."
"Have you done anything odd with it recently?"

"Ha! What was it? It's alright."
"I thought it was waterproof. I took it in the pool."
"Oh, yeah. That'll do it."
"What should I do?"
"Well, I'd start with realizing it's not waterproof. Then, wrap it in a towel."
"Okay. I'll start with step one. That may take a while."
"Yeah, understandable. While we wait, I thought I'd tell you that you're the nicest person I've come across today."

"A lot of it is screaming."
