Note: YES this is going to be a short story sorry but i think you'll still like it :3
Pearl and Lapis had never made the plan work actually they were still pretending to be together but now it's gotten more and more worse now the king wants us to get married and yesterday he said he wanted a kid. Like bro chill out Pearl thought Lapis and Pearl had been thinking about doing the plan again but he LOVED it here even if he HAD to get married but that kid part no no no he couldn't have a kid. Correction HE WOULDN'T HAVE A KID. Pearl had to admit though Lapis was pretty Pearl had dozed of while Lapis slept next to them they didn't care about sleeping together but sometimes it was weird. Lapis woke up in the middle of the night and cried she had to do it. She grabbed Pearl and swam him up to the surface she had to she would make an excuse to her dad later. She looked at Pearl who looked happy sleeping it's for the best Lapis thought as she wrote a note (It was waterproof) and she scribbled an note, kissed him on the forehead then she swam away without looking back
Pearl woke up and searched around "Why am I here Why don't I have a tail" Pearl said confused. He looked around him and saw a note after he read it he cried.
Dear Pearl: I know you don't want to go but you have to. It may have been a little rude of me but trust me it's for your own good. Also I want you to live a normal life with normal people.
