The Demon and The Angel

Chapter 3: The Trial for the next Demon King

"Good morning, my people I am proud to say that today one of you will take my place as the king and as the protector of the demon race. I want to say that those who take part of this trial. Good luck! And may the best win." Announced the king. Everyone cheered.
"Now let the trial begin!!!" Shouted the king.

"First off, is Grimor the winged goblin vs Asmodeus the Fire Demon" announced the announcer. The crowd was getting wild.
"Roarrrrr!!!!" Shouted Asmodeus with fire coming from his mouth. On the other side Grimor came out without saying a single word. Everyone felt the intense aura coming off him. Everyone was shivering in terror. They began to cheer because of their amazing power.  The two warriors began to enchant spells. 

"flame of the dragons explosion." shouted Asmodeus with an explosion like the size of the sun.
"Arrrrrrgggghh!!!!" Shouted Grimor in agony . Everyone cheered as they saw Asmodeus's power in action. Grimor was unable to stand after the first move that Asmodeus.
"Asmodeus the fire demon has won the first battle!!!" Announced the announcer.

As Asmodeus walked out of the stage, the announcer immediately  told him to stay on. Everyone was shocked at this had he gone insane until the king said this.                                                                       "Remember Asmodeus this year is the year of a continuous battle because in a war you wouldn't have a break would you."                                                                                                                                "No, sir. We wouldn't." replied Asmodeus.                                                                                                                  "Now may we please cheer..." said the announcer in confusement. " THE ONLY DEMON THAT SURVIVED IN THE REST OF BATTLES. HOLY S**t!!!" shouted the announcer in fear.                                 A man in a black cloak came in the stage. Everyone stayed there staring.                                                    "I,  Asmodeus The flame demon will defeat you in a battle to the death. And because im feeling extremely prideful I'll let you attack first." shouted Asmodeus in an arrogant voice.                                "Wow everyone must really not know who i am anymore. Just because i didnt want to enter didnt mean i wouldnt." said the man in the black cloak. The man took off the cloak.                            "IT'S ME KATZUMI WRATH." I shouted.

Asmodeus looked at me like he doesn't know me.                                                                                                  "You know, forget lets just fight please."i said with dissapointment.

"Go at whatever time you want, I cant be bothered." said the announcer.

I got into my stance as Asmodeus walked up to me like he was more powerful then me. i started to enchant a spell.

"I, Katzumi Wrath, will slay every enemy that come against the dragons cause I am the ex-dragon slayer. I will protect the dragons and demons. For I am the one who will become the demon of death...." i said while Asmodeus walked up to me. He looked at me with pity. 

" How pitiful. So much strength wasted on a demon like you. Now die!" he shouted as he punched me.

I smirked.

"Come Ex-Excalibur" I shouted.  Swinging it causing the slash to cut off his arm.                                      The king stood to the sword in shock. He was unable to speak.

"So you want to carry on or submit to defeat and leave." I told Asmodeus.                                                    "The winner is Katzumi Wrath. Please come to my palace to speak I must have a word with you." shouted the king.
