Ryan grabbed my hand, and started swinging it back and fourth. We walked to his car and we got inside. He started the car and we both reached for the "on" button for the radio. Our hands touched and we both pulled away fast and blushed. Then I reached up for the dial and turned to a radio station. It was playing Heartbeat by The Fray. I started to hum along to the song and I forgot about where I was. I completely blocked out the fact Ryan was in the car with me and that hum grew to me singing. I didn't exactly realize until Ryan had stopped the car.
"Why are we stopped on the side of the road?" I asked puzzled.
"You....can.....sing....like amazingly." He spaced out his words.
"Shit, was I singing?"
"Yes. And truthfully, your better then me!"
"No Ryan. Your better. And I could never get up on stage and do that. It's really better just for home." I admitted.
"Abi, listen I know talent and you shouldn't let that go to waste." Ryan looked me in the eyes as he took my hands.
"I know but--"
"But nothing, I'm helping you. Your quitting your job and your gonna go on tour with us to learn the ropes and guest star. I just have to make sure it's ok with the guys and we will be all set."
"Ryan.."
"Abi, we are doing this."
"Fine." I said as I slumped down in my chair with my stomach stirring and tying knots. Ryan started the car and we drove off in silence. Well except for the radio. We got back to my house and Ryan dropped me off. He gave me a long hug and we finally said good-bye. I walked into my house and leaned against the door. I let out a large sigh, and started to go to my room. But my mom stopped me.
"Who was that?" She questioned me.
"Ryan Follese. He is my boyfriend..." I quietly said.
"Oh when did you guys start going out?"
"Today." I then got dismissed from my mom and went up to my room.
***RYANS POV***
I walked inside of RCA, and I felt like flying. The girl who I've liked for a while now said yes and I'm so beyond happy. Now I just have to tell the guys, this will be no easy task. I walked into Studio 3 and sat quietly as Nash, Ian, and Jamie finished.
"That's a rap! Thanks guys." Dave yelled and gave them the thumbs up. They all filed out one by one and set their instruments down.
"Why you so happy Ry-Ry?" Nash said girly like.
"Because I got a girlfriend." I said in the same tone. I can tell Jamie heard because he chocked on his water.
"You what!" Jamie asked shocked.
"I got a girlfriend." I repeated.
"Who?" Ian asked.
"Well......"
"SPIT IT OUT! SPIT IT OUT! SPIT IT OUT!" Nash chanted at the top of his lungs.
"Abi Edwards..."
"You owe me $5 Ian!" Jamie smirked.
"You guys betted that me and Abi would get together?"
"Yes. It was obvious y'all liked each other." Ian said handing Jamie $5.
"Wow. Just wow." I said. I walked over to the water bin and I grabbed a water bottle. Thank god because I need some.
"Oh! Did you guys know Abi can sing? Like she is freaking amazing." I yelled.
"Are you serious? Wow who knew!" Jamie said shocked.
"Yeah and is it ok if she comes on tour with us, to learn the ropes and stuff?" I asked.
"Uh, Ryan I don't know your gonna have to ask Dave." Ian said being the parent.
"Ryan she can go on tour with you guys." Dave said flatly.
"Thank You!!" I jumped up and down and I texted Abi.
R- YOU CAN COME!
A- Are you serious? Is this a joke?
