Issei was with Rias and her Peerage, but He wasn't his usual self. Today was the same day that his adopted brother was put in a coma after a car accident. Kage was his name and he was practically the heart of the family. Despite not being related, Issei cared for him so much and was basically his guide due to Kage being almost blind. He had a disorder where he can't see color, only in black and white. Anyway, right now he was in a club meeting, but his mind was elsewhere. This didn't go unnoticed however.
Asia: um... Issei, Are you okay?
Issei: um... Yes, I'm fine.
Koneko: Disappointed you didn't get to peep on girls today perv?
Issei:*offended/irritated* No.
This shocked everyone in the room since this was the first time he sounded like this. They were going to ask what's going on until Issei's phone wrong. He picked it up and answered. After some small talk, Issei's eyes widened in both surprise and hope. This was new.
Issei: You sure doc?
Everyone could hear the person on the other side of the phone say 'yes' and Issei practically jumped in joy.
Issei: Thank you sir, this made my day!
Issei was about to rush out until...
Rias: Care to explain the meaning of this Issei?
Issei: My brother is finally waking up! I'll explain on the way there, we gotta hurry!
Issei started running with the rest of the orc following him. They reached the hospital, much to the orc's surprise.
Issei: Excuse me, but we're here to see a patient.
Deskman: Who are you here to see?
Issei: Kage Hyoudou!
Deskman: Oh yes. The one in a coma right?
Issei: yes.
Deskman: Alright. He's third door to the right.
Issei: thank you!
Rias: Issei, could you explain? How you have a brother and how come you don't talk about him?
Issei: Ok! Ok! I have an adopted brother. His name is Kage.
Kiba: how come you don't talk about him?
Issei: I just... it's hard to talk about him without having flashbacks about that day he ended up putting him here.
Asia: what happened?
Issei: it was two years ago, before I came to Kuoh academy. We were playing in the street, a car came and I wasn't able to warn him in time. The hit knocked him into a coma.
Asia: I'm so sorry for what happened issei.
Issei: Thanks. Ok, lets go. Just don't bring up his eyes.
Akeno: Why?
Issei: He has an eye problem where he can only see in black and white. He's very sensitive about it.
Rias: Understood.
They entered and the girls blushed at the sight of...

A handsome boy that laid there on a bed. He looked so peaceful until he started stirring. The boys eyes started to slowly open to reveal beautiful grey eyes. It was hard to believe that this boy was Issei's brother.
Issei: Kage?
Kage: Issei? Is that you?
Issei started to cry seeing his brother finally call out to him. Not wasting any time, Issei rushed in and hugged his brother. Kage returned the hug.
Issei: I missed you Kage!
Kage: What happened? Why am I in a hospital?
Issei: You got hit by a car and you were in a coma.
That shocked Kage.
Kage: A coma? How long was I out?
Issei: Two years.
Kage: What?
Issei: It's ok bro. Your awake, and that's all that matters.
Kage smiled until he smelled something. Ladies perfume? And why does his brother smell different?
Kage: Why do I smell ladies perfume?
Issei: Oh that would be some of my friends I want you to meet.
Issei helped his brother up. Despite Kage's poor eyesight, He could see 5 other people in the room. Like mentioned before, he couldn't make out the color, but at least he could see what they look like.
Issei: Kage, say hello to The Occult Research Club. the one in the middle is Rias Gremory.
Kage walked over to the one in the middle. He reached out his hand in hopes to shake hands. Thankfully, she took the offer.
Kage: It's a pleasure to meet you miss Gemory.
Rias: Please, call me Rias. It's nice to see you Kage.
Kage: Even if I can't see color, you are one of the most beautiful girls I've ever seen.
Rias blushed at his comploment. Sure she gets compliments about her beauty all the time, but hearing it from Kage seemed special.
Akeno: My, my, aren't you just a charmer?
Kage: And who may you be miss?
Akeno: Just call me Akeno sweety.
Kage: What about everyone else?
Issei: The dude here is Kiba...
Kida: Hello.
Kage: Hi.
Issei: the one dressed as a nun is Asia.
Asia: Hi, I'm so sorry for what happened.
Kage: It's fine. Nice to meet you regardless.
Issei: the shorter one is Koneko.
Kage: Hi there miss Koneko.

Kage just looks at his brother in shock.
Kage: Issei, I thought you were above that.

Suddenly, a dark aura appears around Kage and Issei was starting to feel scared. He knows all too well what his brother does to pervs before the accident. Even with his condition, Kage was a prodigy of a martial artist. Kage started to take a stance that Issei recognized and started to panic.
Issei: Wait hold on bro. You just woke up from a coma, so you might exhaust yourself.
Kage just sighs and eases up. Even if he dislikes pervs, he does love his brother. He was one of the few people to care for him and be by his side when he needed someone.
Kage: Fine. Once I return to full strength, I will kick the perversion out of you.
With that reunion, the brothers along with the former nun left the hospital to head home.
