A/N: Finally doing Tsuchaco, but it'll be a little short. But I hope you enjoy it.
"Remeber students, this coming Saturday is the Prom, dress nice, grab your dates, and party!" Principal Nezu reminded as he spoke through the PA. 1A got super excited and start to make numerous conversations with each other.
"Alright, calm down, everyone, listen up," Aizawa spoke, trying to get their attention. The class got quiet and faced the teacher in front of them. "I get you're all excited, but remember, you may have fun, but do stay on your guard. You may never know if there will be any villain attacks. That is all, please make sure you finish the readings before Friday. Class dismissed." The class started packing their stuff and headed out to the door.
Uraraka arrived at the cafeteria with Midoriya and Ida. They sat at their usual table and started to discuss about Prom. "So, are you guys going to Prom?" Uraraka asked.
"Yes, I will be attending this dance, but I have no partner to go with. Maybe we should go as friends?" Ida suggested.
"Oh, um maybe," Midoriya replied. He hide his face like he was hiding something, but Uraraka didn't push it any further.
"Well, that sounds like a plan to me!" Uraraka exclaimed. "But hey, Deku, can I speak with you after school?"
"What for?"
" Well, it's a secret, I need to ask you something.""Well... alright, I guess."
"Great! Meet me in the corridor near class."~After school~
Uraraka waited patiently along the corridor waiting for Midoriya. She waited for a bit before she saw him walking down to meet up with her. She got nervous and started to kick the ground slightly. "Hey, Uraraka, sorry I'm a bit late, something held me back. Were you waiting long?"
"No, not at all."
"So you wanted to ask me something?" Uraraka nodded and took a deep breath, then exhaled.
"What I wanted to ask you was if you and I go to the Prom... together, like a date, or something like that. Do you want to?" Midoriya looked at her wide-eyed before looking down at the ground.
"I'm sorry Uraraka, I already have a date. But I will definitely see you there. Sorry again," Midoriya tried saying politely, he saw the hurt in her eyes but didn't know what to do.
"Oh, that's alright. Yeah, I'll see you there then." She walked off, not before the tears started spilling.
~At the dorrms~
Tsu was minding her own business, watching TV, when Uraraka burst throw the door. "Hey, Ochaco," Tsu called out. She didn't get a response, so she looked up and saw that there were tears in her eyes. She jumped up from the couch and ran towards Uraraka. "Woah, are you ok? Did something happen? Why are you crying, kero?" Tsu did her best to comfort her by patting her back.
"I-I t-tried t-to ask D-Deku to the P-Prom," she sniffles, "B-But he h-has a d-date a-already." Tsu tried her best to comfort her again, and in some way, it was working, but Uraraka was a sobbing mess. While trying to shush her to calm down, the other girls came down and saw what was going on, then immediately came to help.
"Woah, Uraka-chan, what's up? Why the waterworks?" Mina asked, rubbing her back. She couldn't muster up to say the reason so Tsu answered for her.
"She tried asking Midorya to the dance but got rejected, kero."
"Aww, that's sad," Jirou mentioned, but continued," But who needs him, you've got us to go to the dance, right?" Uraraka nodded.
"Speak for yourself, you two are probably going together," Mina pointed to her and Momo. They both looked away embarrassed.
"Well, anyway, even if we go together, that doesn't mean we won't be there for you," Momo replied. Jirou nodded. Uraraka wiped her last tear away and thanked her friends for being there for her.
Tsu and Uraraka were the only ones in the lounge again and for some strange reason, Tsu was starting to get slightly nervous. She knew why, but Uraraka didn't. "Everything alright, Tsu?"
"Wha- oh, yeah, I'm good, kero."
"You didn't look like it for a second."
"Ah, well, um... There is something I did want to ask you, kero.""Go ahead, Tsu." Tsu took a deep breath, then exhaled. She did that one more time before asking her question:
"Do you perhaps want to go to the dance with me? B-But not as friends, kero?" She did stutter that last part, well because she was very nervous that Uraraka didn't like her that way. She had so many regrets, but hopefully, this wasn't one of them.
Uraraka stared with wide eyes. "Sorry, I blurted that out, we can still go as friends, I didn't think before-"
"Sure." Tsu blinked, making sure she said that right.
"What?"
"Sure, I'll go with you. And I wouldn't mind going as dates. Besides, you were my second choice if Deku were to reject me." Tsu couldn't believe her ears. She let her actions do the talking, as she wrapped her arms around her.
"Thank you. I promise you will the best night ever, kero!""I know I will."
~Prom Night~
The school's gym was packed with many heroes-in-training. The music was loud and lively. There was also a huge variety of food and drinks. Tsu walks up to the gym entrance with Uraraka, their arms linked. Uraraka wore the same pink dress she wore in the movie, while Tsu was in a dark green not too tight dress that reached just above her ankles, with black flats.
The night was going well for the two, many memories to share with others. The had a blast, and honestly, they didn't want it to end. But as the going says, everything good must come to an end.
The two reach the dorms, laughing at the events that transpired. Apparently, Kaminari tripped over one of the cords to the boom boxes, and it activated his quirk, almost shocking everyone there. No one was seriously injured, but it was Kaminari, they had to laugh at it. "Hey, Tsu?"
"Yeah, kero?"
"I had so much fun tonight. Thank you." She gave her a peck on the cheek, then said her goodnight. Tsu stood there, then placed her hand where the kiss was left. A wide smile was placed on her face, and it stayed there, as she rested in her bed peacefully. Tonight was one of the best nights she's had in a while.
Da End!
