"Welcome, to Bachelor In Arcanadise. I'm your host, Valerius. Last night, our first contestants showed up and settled in. The way this works is every day we will give out a date card with someone's name on it. That person may ask out anyone they want to even if they've been on dates with other people. At the end of the week, the men or the women will hand out roses. Of course, there will be more men or women during the rose ceremonies. This means that one or more contestants will have to leave Arcanadise. Tonight, the first date card will be given out."

*Later that day*

Asra had come into the kitchenette hut on the beach house grounds when he spotted an envelope on the picnic table.

"Hey, guys!" He shouts, picking it up and going to find the others.

Everyone was hanging around the pool, drinking mimosas.

"Oh shit! Asra's got a date card!" Lucio gasps, pointing over to him.

The others all look up and cheer, excitedly surrounding Asra. Asra opens it up, seeing Muriel's name on it.

"Murieeeeellllll!" Asra sings, holding it out for him as the others "oooo~!" At him. The tall man hesitantly takes the paper with a flustered look on his face.

"What's it say?!" Lucio tries peering over his broad shoulder to read the card.

"Um..." Muriel mumbles, his hands slightly shaking as he gripped the paper tighter and tighter.

"Uh..." Julian raises a brow at him. "You're... gonna rip the paper if you keep doing that. Want me to read it?"

Muriel glances up, looks to the paper, looks back up at Julian before finally handing it to him swiftly. Julian chuckles lowly, clearing his throat before beginning.

Muriel,
Dust off your shoes and get ready for a night full of lights of music.

"Huh." Julian ends it with, peeking around the crowd.

"Dancing?" Asra suggests with a shrug to his shoulders.

Nadia nods in agreement, resting a hand on her hipbone.

"Damn I want that date! I'm the best dancer!" Lucio fusses, crossing his arms.

Muriel purses his lips as he thinks. This was definitely out of his comfort zone but mostly everything was anyway.

"Who do think you'll take then?" Portia smiles up at Muriel sweetly.

Muriel only started to sweat nervously before quickly running back off to his shared room with Asra.

Asra sighs and looks back to the others. "He's... nervous." He chuckles lightly, rubbing the back of his neck.

Portia pouts and looks down at the card her older brother still held. "Maybe he doesn't know who he wants to take? Maybe he wants to take two people and can't decide!" She gasps.

"I doubt that's the problem." Lucio snaps. Nadia only shakes her head, going back to sit in the pool.

*Small time skip*

It had been two hours since Muriel got his date card and he was still struggling to come to a final decision. So at last minute thinking, he gave it up and handed the card off to Lucio who seemed to be much more interested in the date than he did. Plus he wasn't even going to ask Lucio on the date anyway.
