Things have been pretty rough for Draco and Lena's relationship. Umbridge had all these new rules where all guys and girls where separated. The only place they could converse was in the commons room and the dorms. Even the Heads of the Houses realized how dumb these rules were and decided that the kids can't be separated. The rules where put in around 2 months ago and every day, Lena and Draco would only see each other in the hallways, but at night, Draco had to go to the prefect meetings. So that means they hadn't even touched for 2 months. Draco had so much stress on his shoulders from this all, that when he and Lena had the occasional stops in the dorms where they could talk, he was moody and would yell at her without even realizing until after he did it.

But Lena didn't leave him. She was trying to not let it bother her. She truly loves Draco so much that she is able to look past all of this. But that meant that she would act out in some other way. And that just happened to be in DADA. "Ms. Aguilar, can you tell me why you've been dozing off all lesson?" Umbridge said in her high pitched, annoying bass voice. "Cause your the most boring teacher that I have." Lena replied, not in the mood for this shit so early in the morning. "Excuse me Ms. Aguilar, but that was quite rude of you." Umbridge said back. "And it was quite rude of you to wake me up with your annoying ass voice" Lena said back, knowing she'll regret it probably. "That's it Aguilar. Detention after dinner tonight." Umbridge screeched.

When Lena left Umbridge's room that night, she had 'I will not insult teachers' engraved on her hand. Lena was rounding the corner when she heard the familiar voice of Draco. She was about to surprise him, until she heard what he was saying. "I can't believe Lena would be stupid enough to insult Umbridge during class. She deserves whatever Umbridge gave her." Draco said to Pansy and Crabbe. "Honestly you should just break up with her already. She's just a trouble maker. She not good for you." Pansy said, seeing her chance. "Honestly I've been thinking about it. She's not a good influence on me and-" And quiet frankly she's not the pretty or smart. How did she land someone like you?" Pansy cut in. Lena couldn't believe what was being said by the people who where closest to her. Especially Draco. She thought he loved her. Or was it all for show? She walked around the corner and didn't let them see the tears in her eyes. Draco looked up and when he saw Lena, he was in shock. How much had she heard.

When Lena got to the commons area, she went straight to her dorms. She started bawling when she got to her bed. The other girls in the dorm knew it had to be about Draco and left Lena alone.
Around 10 minutes of Lena crying, Draco walked in. "I'm so sorry Lena. I don't know why I said those horrible, awful things about you." Draco said, not being able to stand seeing her so sad.
"Draco, if you're here to break up with me please just get it over with. I don't want you to see me like this." Lena said, barley being able to see in a blur of tears.
"No sweetie. No I don't want to break up with you. I'm here to try to make you feel better. I'm so sorry those awful things left my mouth." Draco said on the verge of tears. "Just come and cuddle me. I miss you too much to be upset about the things you said. They're in the past and this is now. I just want you to cuddle me." Lena said just wanting to feel him hold her again. They both missed this. They missed each other so much. And so Draco made his way over and wrapped him arms around her. After around 5 minutes, he touched her hand and she whimpered slightly. He grabbed her hand and held it to where he could read the twisted words engraved on it. "She did this didn't she?" Draco asked, more angry than he'd ever been. All Lena could do was nod. Draco could see the hurt in her eyes so he just held her closer and buried her face in his shoulder on him. But Draco swore to himself that day that he would keep her out of harms way. No matter what it takes
