Kouver passes the Now Leaving Beacon sign, tears leaving her eyes as she chokes on air. It's breaking her heart to leave these people behind her. For once she allowed her heart to become attached, to Desdemona, Scott, Artie, Claude, Jordan. Every mile she puts between them feel like her heart breaks a bit more. "If you don't swim you'll drown Kouv," she repeats the mantra to herself. Walling of her heart and returning cold as the miles grow.
Three Hours Later
As Kouver passes the Welcome To Charming sign a snarl leaves her lips. "Charming my ass" she growls into the car. Her will turns to steel as she spots the little gas station. It's placed on a lonely street, no other sign of life in sight other than the pathetic little store.
Driving pass the store she notices a turn off up the road. She takes it, leading her down a dirt road and a parking lot to some hiking trails. She whips the truck into a parking spot before hoping out. She moves to her truck and opens the tool box, finding a bag of clothes she'd placed here for this moment.
Stripping down completely she changed into the outfit, booty shorts and a flannel where she leaves four of the top buttons open. Her combat boots come back to her feet, happy to stomp this cunt to ash.
Taking one of the hiking trails she hikes until she can see the store, yet she's hidden from anyone passing by. She sits there for hours, watching customers come and leave.
As the sun comes down and the store becomes empty except for her father she walks across the street. Entering the store she hears her father, "Welcome to everyone's favorite hometown gas station, let me know if I can help you." He yells from behind the counter.
She snarls before flipping the sign to closed, shutting the blinds behind it. "Kouver?" Her father's voice shakes as he recognizes her. "You can't be here, you need to leave." He growls at her. She can hear the anger in his voice, but his scent screams fear.
She turns to him closing the blinds as she casually strolls to him. As she closes the last set of blinds her head tilts playfully at him. "What's the matter daddy? You're not happy to see me?" She taunts, her tongue clicks before she drags a finger across her cleavage. "Oh, no. Am I to old for you now?" She hisses in a childish tone. Her eyes flash red as her canines extend.
His eyes widen in surprise before matching hers, his eyes flashing a deep red. "I'm not like that anymore sweetheart. I found God." he carefully states while backing up.
A scoff leaves her lips as she rounds the counter, snarling darkly she closes in on him. Sending an elbow into the man's face he falls to the floor, his scent increasing. "God?" She screams at her father on the floor, "You found God. Where was your God every time you took me to that back room? Where was your God when I was crying and begging you to stop?" She screams as tears filled her eyes. Her claws now extended, a snarl accenting every word.
He sheds tears of his own as he looks up to her. Hesitating on his next words, "I don't know" he chokes out, placing his hands behind him in an attempt to get up.
She reaches down, grabbing her father by his shirt before she throws him across the store. "You don't know? It's because he doesn't exist daddy dearest. What kind of God would allow a little girl to be put through that? Huh? To be given a father so narcissistic he has to look into his own eyes to get pleasure." She snarls as she walks to him again. "A father who shatters the purity of his own daughter!" She sobs out before picking up one of the fridges and tossing it at him.
The man barely dodged the object before he hops to his feet, hands in front of him in a plea. "Please Kouver, we can start over. I gave up that life, that pack." He pleads the girl as he cries.
