chapter 4 - unexpected

you picked up your books from your locker , making sure you took everything for the next class and sat beside taehyung .

" okay guys you will have to pair up with someone so you could do your assignment " the teacher exclaimed to the class .

" i will be pairing you guys so no complains " everyone in the class groaned .

hoseok wasn't in your class so you wouldnt have to worry too much but you knew the whole class except for taehyung hated you , so you prayed that taehyung would be your partner .

" y/n and taehyung you would be partners " i looked at taehyung happily and he smiled back .

" what a coincidence " he gave you a big grin .

school never had been any better now that taehyung is here with you . even though hoseok still disturbs you alot , he didnt laid a finger on you ever since he met taehyung .

you were at your locker pack your stuff while taehyung went to the bathroom for a minute .

" hey nerd , you think you little buddy could keep you safe huh "

you turned around , seeing the one and only hoseok . you saw there were alot of people staring at you too .

as he got closer to you , you backed off until you hit the lockers . you knew by then that you were dead .

hoseok fell to the ground followed by a thung sound . you looked up and saw taehyung with his knuckles red .

" what the fuck do you want from her ?! " you gasped , you never saw this side of him before .

you were still a little shocked by the sudden scene but tried to walk with the pace taehyung was going .

both of you boarded the bus and sat down .

" w-why d-did you do that ? " you broke the silence .

" cant you see he was going close to you ?! dont you know what happens when boys do that to you ?! " he raised his voice .

you were scared of course . you didnt like people shouting at you for your mistakes but you just kept quiet and looked at him .

yesterday , you had already messaged your boss that you will be taking 2 days off including yesterday as you're trying to organize what happen and she said that it was fine .

you got off the bus , walking towards your door as taehying is behind you .

" g-good bye i guess .... " you said looking down on the floor , still a little scared of him .

he hugged you , he hugged you tightly . you were surprised but you placed your hands on his waist hugging him back .

" im sorry for shouting at you , i was just worried " he put his chin on you shoulder , making no space between the two of you .

you melted in the hug as you felt your legs start loss control .

" its okay , i understand " you patted his back , reassuring him that its fine . you couldn't blame him for protecting you .

both of you stayed in that position for about 2 minutes before you broke the hug .

" wanna hangout ? " he's face lit up . you could see his 3 year old soul taking over him as he took the keys from your hand , unlocks the door and ran inside straight to the couch .
