Her little brother, Elijah rushed to her side as she shaked and trembled with fear. "Luna...? You shouldn't be here!" her brother shouts, but that's useless for her. The only thing she can see are countless of dead, murdered bodies everywhere. She suspects that they are assassins, but why would they do that?

Her family has been humble to everyone especially the poor, everyone enjoyed the interactions, by I mean everyone, It also goes with her family. Oh how they want to see those sweet honest smiles. So, how would someone hate Luna's family? Why would someone do this?

Elijah picked her up and they ran, Luna's mind was full of questions, she was unable to comprehend this situation, her emotions started to strike her in the shell.

She grabbed her brother's arm and said, "M-mama, papa..." her silver hair fell down as her shaken body grasp his brother's clothing. They both stopped, silence embraced the siblings as the thunder crackled and illuminated their shadows in the balcony.

The air grew cold and very silent compared to before this all happened. As they approach a door, her brother stopped. "I think you should see this for yourself.." he whispered and ushered her to their parent's room.

Luna's eyes darted back and forth, she was far too scared to open a wall that connects them three, but nonetheless, she opened them and what she sees?

Her mother and father bundled up and covered with white cloth. Her anxiety became worse by the minute, it looked like heaven and earth fell in her shoulders that she couldn't afford to contain her emotional bottle that it broke and shattered into little bits of pieces eventually.

Tears started to flow in her eyes, colouring her cheeks and chin. Her screams and sobs filled the vast silence, nobody could help the poor little girl, her heart pounded in pain and fury.

Hugging her mom and dad, she said, "Mom, dad... I'll take revenge for you... They will pay for this.. I-I vow to protect this family even if it's the very last thing I do." sternly and forcefully she clenched her fists, wiped her tears and with a new profound confidence, she stood up.

This is the start of her revenge to everyone that hurt her family..

A few weeks later, in an office, there sat Luna and a few maids of hers. "What time is it?" said Luna, while checking the papers that her parents left. She had to be the next successor to her family since she was also the eldest, while her brother still have to learn and go back to their daily lives.

Luna stretched and took a break, staring by the window wondering about things and a henchmen that will be joining in for the night to report the progress of tracking the ones that decided to ruin her family's life.

A crow suddenly took shelter in her arm and snuggled in. Luna's finger rubbed the crow's head and noticing a cloth in its beak. She was both shocked and happy that the bird remembered her and flew all the way through here.

"Oh, that's my gloves! You remembered me. Thank you, little birdy." said Luna, picking the gloves and letting it display. She turned into the bird and it suddenly started to flap and flap furiously making black smoke come from its wings and it consumed the little bird's shadow until nothing's left.

Sometime, the smoke started to evaporate and revealed a man whose taller than her, had jet black hair with one silver streak, his eyes are red, it was dressed in formal clothes.

The once was a crow kneeling and held her hand, kissed it, then saying, "I, Raven Sil, swore to protect my master forever. Till death do us part."

Luna's mouth started to move on its own, like from the books she read, "I, Luna Raina von Fleur, accept your vow." In an instant, both of them became one.

Black smoke devoured them whole, twirling and swirling around them forming a black ball that surrounds the two. Raven's body floated and also became smoke, floating around her new master and going through her hand then through the fingers leaving a sense of both heat and chill.

At last, the smoke went through the wrist and evaporated like thin air, leaving a mark of a crow with swirls that makes it more magnificent.

"What is the meaning of this, Raven?" she mumbled through her breath as she eyes her new tattoo. Suddenly, the mark lightened up as if awakened by a call and became a true crow, flapping its wings around. The crow looked at the confused noble and talked, but not through the beak, rather than that, it's telepathy.

"I am at your service, master. You saved my life and in return, I would do anything to repay you in my lifetime." he said. Luna was very baffled by this, she had only heard of this a long time ago. Not only that, they are already extinct according to books.

She decided to speak, in her mind she says, "What can you do, little crow?" the crow cocked his head and replied, "Anything, master. Anything is possible with magic."

Luna smiled, this was like finding a treasure, her new companion can be able to help her in her own revenge. How lucky that the heavens was on her side too.

"Don't mind if I do."
