It's been five days since I returned from New York and I still need to see Noah and Tyler, since they went to Rome...
I walk inside my office and start to work.
You guys might have asked yourself , " Why is this girl not having a conversation with the workers here at Apple?"... Well first of all, I'm full of work, secondly, we're divided, the CEO, co-CEO and assistants( me and Vera) stay in the right aisle, whilst the others in the left, and thirdly I actually don't want to... I prefer staying alone... In high school I was the girl who preferred her own company and a small group of friends, and trust me things haven't changed.
The deep smell of fresh mint fills my lungs, making me stop typing. Two powerful arms circle my neck making my breath stop.
Since New York, Noah and I have become really close to one another... He's been texting me every night and two days ago we did a face call.
I spin around, with the chair, to find Noah. He stares at me with his amazing blue eyes touched by storm clouds. A shiver runs down my spine as the deep curve on his lips makes the world around me stop. His smile always creates butterflies in my stomach... Why is he so handsome?!

"How come you look so gorgeous, after nine hours of work?" he whispers cupping my face. I didn't even have the time to respond that his lips crash against mine. His hands wander down my waist as I fiddle with his tie. My arms then reach up and tangle around his powerful neck. His lips move from my mouth down to my neck, where he starts nuzzling it with delicate kisses. My heart flutters inside my chest, making my eyes close.
"Noah" someone shouts. Tyler. My eyes open widely as a layer of sweat forms on my forehead. Noah starts fixing his hair as I button his shirt. I turn around and start typing when Tyler opens the door.
I feel as if someone has suddenly turned on an internal heater inside my system.
"Where were you?"Tyler shouts. "Well, I came here since she had a problem with the computer..." Noah says grinning. "Well she should have called the technician, not you" he mutters. "Well, I was here so I did it..." Noah says with a deep and rough voice. Tyler huffs and stares at me. "Next time you should ask the technician..."
As always I get lost in his eyes. His emerald eyes. There's something about that gaze of his that I'll never find in another man. It seems as if he can read my mind and see my soul. It's such a strange feeling...
Girl get your shit together. He's going to marry and have a kid with your ex best friend...
Tyler stares at the floor and walks out of the office followed by Noah. "Well if you need something, I'm right next door" Noah says stopping at the door. He then winks and bites his lip.

My house
I turn on the light of the living room when my phone starts to buzz in my bag.
"Hello darling" a high pitched voice shouts.
"Blair?" I mutter, the corners of my lips slightly lifting. "Yes sweetie it's me" "Haven't heard from you in a long time" I say my voice sounding pretty squeaky. "I know...I'm so sorry, a lot has been going on lately..." she says. "Mum" a little girl mutters from the phone. "Oh my...is it your daughter?"I ask. "Yep, she's 3 and very cheeky...another one's coming in two months..." she says giggling. "Congrats girl. Well, I moved to Cupertino and I work at Apple now" I say, telling her about my family and work. I didn't neither mentioned about me working with Tyler nor about Noah.
"At least do you have a boyfriend?" she asks. "Nope" I say as my cheeks flush. "Girl you're pretty fucked up" she says laughing. How much I've missed her laugh.
"Well I was calling because next Tuesday, Dylan ( he was the football captain at school and Tyler's best buddy, he's a year older than us...) organized a dinner with some guys and girls from school... Do you want to come? Oh and by the way, the dinner's held at Kevin's house" she says. "That sounds fun... but I don't know...I mean I'm pretty messed up with work and it's an hour drive..." I mutter. "No you must come, it's gonna be like old times" she shouts. Yeah, old times...
After a while, she manages to convince me. "Fine..." I say. "Great, I'll send you the address and all the details. Bye honey" she says hanging up.
