~LOUIS' POV~
"So when do we get to meet this lucky girl?" Harry asked, wiggling his eyebrows.
"Tomorrow at 6:00."
"OH MY GOD LOUIS WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL US BEFORE?!" Liam was gone. "We need to clean the house! and think of what to wear! And what are we doing food wise?!" We all laughed at him.
"Clean the house, yes. I'm wearing whatever comes to mind, a bit smarter than usual though, and me and Dee are eating in, you lot are going out, you can meet her when she comes in but then you have to go."
"Chinese Take-away it is!" Zayn chirped. Yay. They were staying in no matter how much I protested.
~5:40 THE NEXT DAY~
"LOOOUUIISS!!!!!" Lia was stressing out. "ARE YOU READY YET? HURRY UP SHE'LL BE HERE IN 20 MINUTES!" I ran down the stairs.
"Actually Li, I'm picking her up." And with that I grabbed my car keys an ran out the door before Liam could protest. I sat in my car, took a deep breath and did another outfit check. Thank God we had Zayn, he'd sorted me with a blazer, striped shirt and black skinny jeans, my hair was its usual pulled-through-a-tree-backwards look but that was okay. I was also wearing my blue TOMs, there's certain things Zayn can't take away from me.
~5:57PM~
I took a deep breath and knocked on her apartment's door. I didn't know why I was so nervous tonight. My heart stopped when I heard the lock click open and the door swung open revealing Dee's roommate, Charlie "Hi Lou, come in." He smiled at me. No, it didn't bother me that Dee was living with another guy because she's always out of the house when his boyfriend is around. He's actually a really nice guy. "Alright Charl?" I asked stepping in to the huge, two storey apartment.
"Yeah not bad, you okay?" I could only nod because my stomach tightened at I heard some heels running around upstairs and a loud shout from upstairs.
"CHARL?!"
Charlie sighed and rolled his eyes, "Yeah?!!".
"WHERE DID YOU PUT MY LIP GLOSS?!"
"YOUR MAKE UP DRAWER!!"
"OKAY! THANKS!!"
"She still can't clean then?" I chuckled. Charlie did too.
"No, you couldn't see the floor the other day, her and her mates had been staying in the living room and oh my gosh it took us hours to clean it." I laughed and rolled my eyes.
"Typical Dee."
My stomach tightened again as I heard Dee's favourite heels making their way down the stairs. I held my breath as she slowly came into vision. She looked amazing. She was wearing her favourite red dress, it came mid-thigh and was sequin-embroidered to the waistline.... I need more guy friends... She was also wearing her favourite jewellery, her heart necklace, diamond stud earrings and infinity ring. Her suede black heels took her to almost my height and her blue/green eyes were lined with smoky-grey eyeshadow, eyeliner and mascara. Her face looked slightly worried as she watched my gaze look her up and down, as if she was worried I didn't like what she was wearing.
"It's not often anyone looks better than me..." She giggled and her cheeks flushed pale pink.
"Aww, well you don't look too bad yourself."
