Izuku Midoirya was a member of a small group called Quirkless. Quirks were superpowers and people who had them made up 80% of the population. Izuku was apart of the 20%. When he was 8 years old he disappeared. His mom was frantic and looked everyday untill something happened that broke her. The heros gave up looking and she thought all hope was lost until she was contacted by an agency that helped her get on her feet and start working torwards a new goal of helping all quirkless kids. That's not who our story is on. This is all about Izuku and how he returned from being gone for so long. So sit down and strap in you are in for a ride.
A boy quietly sit on a rooftop fiddling with the weapon in his hand. Crowds of people were cheering as a hero stepped out of the hospital. The sound of clicking filled the boys ear as he aligned his eyes in the scope. The hero stepped out of the hospital building and went for the podium in front of hundreds. "YOU WANT POWER DON'T YOU SON! THEN FOLLOW MY ORDERS!" a voice inside of the boys head played. His hand shaked as he placed it on the trigger. He took a deep breath in and click. A gunshot rang out and the hero on the podium dropped to down to the ground leaving a cloud of red mist. 3 heros nearby that set into prusuit all dropped to the ground. The crowd started to stampe away as a girl was about to be trampled. She had helped up by someone and pushed out. When the girl looked back for the man he was gone. The heros nearby tried to find the sniper but whoever it was disappeared as well.
A teen appears in a creaky bar as the news plays. "VI THE KILLER HAS STRUCK AGAIN KILLING 4 HEROS A PUBLI-flick-" A blue haired teen turned the tv off. "Tomura. Get kurogiri to send him to me." A voice came over the tv. "I will send myself." The boy responded. He quickly disappeared and appeared at the location. " IZUKU MY SON! It seem these years of changing and giving you quirks has paid off. However tomorrow might just be the most stressful day. You are our new weapon against all might. The nomu will be saved for a better time. The quirks i gave you should be enough. Your body has been enhanced to the point where you are at a constant 5% of one for all. No one should give you trouble." The man explained. "All for one or dad i must say i knew you would give me power but so much. Let's discuss this final quirks you are giving me." Izuku leaned on the wall. "You will be receiving Shock absorption, super regeneration, and chains. Chains will give you abyssal like chains that come from the soul. You can control them at will. The rest were going to be given to Nomu but instead will help you fight all might. For all i know i don't understand what will happen with your 10 quirks but only one way to find out." All for one grabbed Izuku's hand. Black lightning bounced off the walls as Izuku dropped to his knees. His body started to over heat and sweating. All for one grabbed his son and moved him to a bed. He frantically moved around messing up sheets. "I know you can go through this you are my son after all." All for one went back to his chair.
Inside of Izuku's mind he started to think,MY BODY IS ABOUT TO TEAR ITSELF APART! I FEEL EVERYTHING PULLING AND MERGING! WHAT IS HAPPENING! IT BURNS BUT I NEED THIS POWER! I NEED TO BE STRONG TO PROTECT MY FATHER! Izuku felt like his entire body was about to be tear apart like a knife going through butter. "You know i thought him giving me power was a great thing but my brother is a monster. I hope someone can show you that Izuku." A voice echoed in his head. "WHO IS THERE!" He shouts. "Your uncle the first person he gave a quirk too. My brother loved your mother but he wanted a son he could pass quirks onto and make a monster. I am sorry but you don't know the full story. One day you will know and i hope isn't too late" The man disappeared and Izuku looked as he was consumed by fire. His body heating and knocking him out from the pain of the burning.
The next day Izuku wakes up in a cold sweat as his father gives him a clap. "You lived. Soon you must leave but i should tell you what happened. It seems your body with it being enhanced artifically along with the quirks some how formed a new quirk. Use your analysis quirk to see what you made. There isn't 13 quirks but one formed together. Ultimate Villain or Hero. It depends on the alignment. Who knows what will happen. I think this could play out well. Send yourself to the bar you leave very soon" All for one smiled as he turned his chair to face the monitors. Izuku disappeared.
