The Vaping Detention

Okay, so maybe I was wrong about not being weird hanging out with Tyra and Matty now that me and Liam are a thing. Actually, saying it's weird is kinda an understatement. Matty keeps making disgusting jokes about us. "Yo, this is fucking awesome, Liam", he says someday at lunch. "Maybe you can finally fucking take his fucking virginity, ya dig, Georgia". Why must he be so gross. Luckily, Tyra agrees that this is inappropriate, and he tunes down. I hate that he's into Tyra, but at least that means he listens to her.

"Hey, guys, let's bounce", says my boyfriend (might as well get used to it, right?), "I need to make a fucking video, yo". Oh, yeah, he has a youtube channel. Liam-something-to-do-with-vaping, or whatever. Tyra says I have to be supportive of him, but I have no interest whatsoever. So we head out the cafeteria and go to the deck (my life has become the Freaks and Geeks show).

Then they start shooting their video. "Yo, this is your boy Liam Fucking Ghosts. I'm now in school with these dudes and we're gonna vape in plain sight until we're stopped". Well, that's just awesome. Tyra got sent to the principal's office for vaping out of sight, now this genius is gonna do it where everyone can see us. That's my fucking boyfriend for you.

Luckily, Tyra's got some sense, so she tries to put a little of it into him "You crazy, dude, we're gonna get in trouble". "Come on, don't be a fucking pussy, Tyra. That's the fun of it!", he replies already hitting the juul. "Yo, man, gimme your fucking juul", says Matty from behind the camera. Liam passes his juul to him and I shoot Tyra a look hoping she agrees to get out of here. "Alright, just one and I'm out!", she says. The boys cheer. She hits a big one, lets out a fatty ghost and starts giggling. So I do the same (it's the best way to get close to her lips anyway).

I put away the juul just in time, cause there's some school employee coming for us. We're a bit foggy cause of the 50 nic each one just ghosted, but we manage to hide it pretty well, as if we're only taking pictures. "Okay, guys, so this didn't go quite according to the fucking plan, but we'll get to that for you", Liam says to the camera as soon as the employee leaves. He then uploads the video right after. No editing. I can't tell if that's just lazy or badass and brave. Maybe my boy Liam has more to it than I thought. But then he turns to me and starts kissing me and I remember how much I don't like him.

"Yo, guys, get a fucking room", says Matty. "Shit, man, that's the first time you don't say something completely fucking useless", replies Liam. Right when I'm thinking I don't wanna know what he means, he turns to me and says "We'll do that today, right, babe".

I hardly have time to answer, let alone panic, cause the bell rings and we head to class. Tyra is in this class as well, which takes my mind off of what Liam just said. But not for long, cause she passes me a note about it. "So ur gon do it?". I really don't know what to respond, so I just write "idk".

The teacher takes the paper off her hands just as she was reading it and we both get detention. The good news is I can skip the Liam thing. The other good news is I get to spend detention time with Tyra. The bad news is I got detention.

The detention classroom is surprisingly empty. Slow day, I guess. That's good, cause the teacher leaves us alone in the room almost the entire time. It doesn't take long for Tyra to get her juul. Seriously, what is it with those kids and this thing. She's vaping right there, and I must admit it's kinda hot. She hands it to me sometimes and I take it. I guess it's kinda fun. I feel light.

Some kid says something about what we're doing be wrong, but I can't concentrate on what they're saying. I just really don't care. Tyra yells some shit like "shut your fat fucking ass", and the kid does.

Tyra then asks me again if I'm gonna do it with Liam. I say I don't really know, but I don't really want to. She asks "Why? Are you a cherry? Or a dyke, or some shit?" That pisses me off so much I wanna punch her. That's the first time I hated her smirk.
