"Are you sure, you two don't want to come?" Raph asked.

"No way, I had enough family bonding for one month. Remember the last time we took a road trip or should I say 'tried to'. We ended up trapped inside the turtle tank for the whole day." Donnie gave an accusatory look to his older brother.

"Ugh, I know I know. Don't press the red button, I got it." Raph said with a defeated tone.

"Besides, I have a lot of repairs to do anyways." Donnie said.

"And I, have to stay here to keep Donnie company." Mikey cheerfully bounced into the conversation.

"Hey, wasn't that camping trip, supposed to be for intense training. How did you convince dad to skip this one?" Leo asked.

"Well, like I said earlier. I have a 'lot' to repair. Like the T.V, so that I can record all of Dad's favorite shows while he's gone so that he doesn't have to miss anything." Donnie said with a sly grin.

"What?! When did the T.V break?" Leo questioned.

"This morning." Mikey gave one of his most innocent looks.

Leo was about to retort but got interrupted.

"Red, Blue! We gotta go now! Or else Purple can't fix the T.V before halftime! Uh, I mean... we're burning daylight here, hurry up!" Splinter yelled.

"Well, see you two later." Raph waved goodbye

"Yeah. See ya." Leo said with suspicion.

"Goodbye!" Mikey waved back.

"There better not be a scratch when you guys get back!" Donnie warned.

They all drove off in the turtle tank.

"So, what do you want to do first? Play video games, skateboarding or... Oh I know! How about we build a pillow fort and watch movies till Dawn!" Mikey excitedly suggested. "Um... pun not intended."

"Noted. And as fun as all that sounds. I have to 'fix the T.V' remember." Donnie playfully asked.

"Oh 'right'." Mikey played along.

Donnie plugged in the T.V. "Done! Now it's time to demolish you in video games." He stated confidently.

"Ha, we'll see who demolishes who after I beat your new record." Mikey scoffed.

"Not likely!" Donnie yelled as he ran to the arcade room.

"Wanna bet!" Mikey challenged as he chased after him.

Hours Later:

"Haha I told you I could beat your... high score? Umm... are you alright?" Mikey worried when he saw Donnie drooling and had his eyes closed.

Donnie jolted up. "W-what?! Pfft, of course I am. I was so not laying down because I was tired. I was just um... Thinking of what movie to watch." Donnie said with fake glee.

"Oh! How about 'Night of The Creepy terrors'." Mikey suggested.

"Ha, sounds good." Donnie gave a thumbs up.

After about half way through the movie the two brothers were snuggled up in their pillow fort like two peas in a pod.

Donnie clears his throat. "*cough* Oh man. Looks like the popcorn bowls empty. I better go refill it." Donnie stood up with the empty bowl.

"Ok Dee j-j-just hurry up your about to m-miss the b-best part." Mikey said through chatter teeth then buried his head in the pillows but still kept one eye on the screen.
