Chapter Eighteen

Thalia turned to the left corridor and saw Katarina. Katarina looked at her and said "Thalia, how did you get out?"

Thalia said "Long story and no time for chit chat. I have somewhere to be."

Katarina said, "you can't teleport out of here."

"I know you covered the place with evioron" Thalia said, "I can feel it, nice touch. It was your idea wasn't it?"

"Guilty as charged" Katarina said, "now be a good girl and go back into your room."

"Can't do that, but I am very weak, so you can try to get me back in there."

"I'm not going to try I will get you back in there."

Thalia said, "go for it."

Katarina ran towards Thalia and tackled her to the floor. Katarina said, "I got you, give up."

Thalia smiled and said, "no, I got you." Thalia's eyes went black, the veins under her eyes became visible and red, she smiled again, and you could see her fangs. Thalia pushed Katarina off her and plunged her fangs into Katarina's neck and started drinking her blood.

Katarina screamed and said, "stop Thalia please."

Thalia fed until Klaus walked into the hallway and said, "what the hell is going on?" Thalia looked up at Klaus. Klaus said, "Thalia?"

"Hey Klaus" Thalia said, "nice to see you wish I could talk but I have somewhere to be. I just needed a quick snack and don't worry Kats still alive, but you might want to give her some of Jax's blood to heal the bite. Oh, before I forget Jax is alive too. He probably, be out for a while tell him to call me when he wakes up. We have a lot to talk about. Tell him to call me on Kats phone, now I got to get out of here." Thalia grabbed Katarina's cell phone out of her jacket pocket and walked towards Klaus. Klaus grabbed her arm as she walked by him. Thalia said, "if you don't give her Jax's blood soon she'll die. It's me or her?" Klaus let go of her arm and ran towards Katarina. He grabbed her and ran into the room. Thalia walked to the lobby and out the front door. Then she started running.

Back inside the B&B Klaus laid Katarina next to Jax and grabbed his walkie talkie. He held it to his mouth and said "Thalia escaped the room and she did something to Jax. She also fed on Katarina. Eva, Carter, Percy, Dragon Flame, and Valkar get to the room asap."

Eva, Carter, Percy, Dragon Flame, and Valkar arrived at the room at the same time. Valker said "what happened?"

"I have no idea" Klaus said, "I came in to get something to drink and heard Katarina screaming. I came into the hallway and saw Thalia feeding on her. She told me Kat was alive and Jax's blood would heal her. She also said that Jax was alive too, but he's desiccated. How can he be alive?"

Dragon Flame had shrunk herself and was flying over Jax. She flew towards Valkar and landed on his shoulder. She said "Jax is alive."

Eva said, "are you sure he's alive?"

Dragon Flame said "yes, I'm positive" and flew to the ground. Then she grew to human size and said, "she twisted his heart."

Percy said, "what do you mean she twisted his?"

Dragon Flame said, "She grabbed his heart and literally twisted until he desiccated."

Carter said, "why would she do that?"

Dragon Flame said "I don't-

Valkar interrupted, "mom look at his head."

Dragon Flame shrunk again and flew to Jax's head. She stared at it for a moment and returned to human size. "Thalia's channeling Jax, she used his power to escape. We need to wake Jax up and break the connection."
