Chapter Nineteen

Thalia walked through the castle avoiding the sunlight from open windows. She used her magic to create a new cell phone and called Jax. The call went to his voicemail. She said "where are you Jax? I'm trapped because I have to avoid the sun, and I'm getting really bored and impatient, and I don't do bored and impatient. I want my ring." She hung up the phone and said, "damn it." She looked at the driver lying on the couch and said "aw, don't get blood on the couch. Please don't get blood on the couch." She walked over to him and sat on the coffee table in front of the couch. She moved a rag she put on his neck and said, "I got you good, didn't I." Then put it back on his neck. She stood up walked to the side of the couch where his head laid and said "well you're not going be any fun today. I'm so gonna regret this." She bit here wrist and put it in his mouth. He drank her blood as his wound healed and grabbed his wrist to keep it in his mouth. She said "there you go, drink up. Drink it up. Don't drip. Good boy that's it." She set her head down on the couch as he continued to drink from her wrist. A few seconds later he let go of her wrist and shot up to his feet.

He said "where am I? What did you do to me?"

Thalia grabbed his shoulder and looked him in the eye. She started to compel him and said "Calm down you're okay. Now you hit me with your car, then I fed on you and killed your friends then set your car on fire. You just drank my blood, you loved and now we're going to party until the sun goes down."

He said "okay but first can I get another hit of that blood. It was amazing and I want more."

Thalia said, "only if I can." He held up his wrist to Thalia. Thalia bit her wrist and held it up to him. She bit his wrist and he bit hers and they both fed on one another's blood. They fed for a few minutes, then Thalia stopped feed and pulled her arm away and said, "now let party." She snapped her fingers and music started playing.

Meanwhile Jax walked into Dragon Flames castle with Vilandra holding his hand. They followed Carter to the meeting room of the council. Jax stopped just before walking in. Vilandra and Carter stopped and turned to look at Jax. Carter said "Jax what's wrong?"

Jax said "can I talk to Lonnie alone for a minute?"

Vilandra looked at Carter and said, "go in, tell them we'll be in a sec."

Carter said, "okay" and disappeared into the room. Jax went and sat down on a chair across from the door. Vilandra followed and sat down in a chair next to him.

Vilandra said, "why did you want to talk to me?"

Jax said "I'm sorry."

"For what?"

"I tried to kill you" Jax said, "and I would have if Thalia didn't stop me."

Vilandra grabbed Jax's hand and said, "it wasn't you and you have nothing to apologize for."

"Yes, I do. I did awful things and hurt a lot of people."

"No, you don't. At least not to me. You turned off your humanity to save me and I will love you no matter what. Every one of the originals believes in you and Thalia, even now. Let's go in, we can't keep them waiting." Vilandra stood up and held her hand out for Jax. Jax stood up and grabbed her hand. They walked into the room together. Then Jax let go of her hand and sat down in a small throne at the end of the table. Vilandra walked off to join the other kanay's. Jax said "Before we get start, I want to apologize for what I've done."

Klaus said, "you don't need to apologize, we've all mad mistakes and done thing we're not proud of."

Rose said "Klaus is right. We need to focus on getting Thalia back."

Jax said "okay so where do we start?"

Dragon Flame said, "we need to find Thalia's others trigger and fast." Jax pulled his phone out of his pocket and looked at the screen. Dragon Flame said "Jax why are you looking at your phone?"
