Where You Left Your Heart Part 1
Faith's POV
Hope and Faith's Room
"No way" I said as I paced back and forth between Hope and I's room after her telling me do her quote on quote brilliant plan to give Henry one of the werewolves her blood.
"Do you understand the repercussions about what this can do, have you even thought about ti like really thought about this Hope" I asked her again as I continued to pace while she just sat on our bed.
I felt my arm being tugged and before I knew it I was sitting down on our bed next to her "Faith you have to calm, it's gonna be ok I give him the blood and we get the money so I can find my dad" she tells me like its so simple.
"But what if something goes wrong, people aren't meant to know Hope and they can't find out" I tell her stressing at the fact that someone could find out our family secret.
"They won't I promise you ok" she tells me but I just kept my head down until I felt a pair of hands on my cheeks lifting my head up and I stare in her eye getting lost in them.
"You're gonna do this with or without me aren't you" I asked her and she nodded "yes but I would rather do it with you, you're my best friend faith I need you" she tells me and I nod grabbing her hand.
"Someones gotta keep you out of trouble" I tell her before grabbing her hand "come on we gotta werewolf to bargain with" I tell her pulling her out of our room.
Hallway
As Hope and I approached Henry he seems to be looking around honestly looking a little dodgy not making me have faith in this plan.
"Last chance to back out" I tell Hope but she shakes her head as we move forward "hey, you have the money" Hope asked as we get to him getting straight to the point.
As she shoves the money in front of us I'm kind of shocked "I'm not gonna ask where you got this" Hope says and I nod in agreement.
"Remeber one now, one after" Hope tells Henry handing him two vials of his blood and I see he kind of looks a little pale.
"You sure about this Henry" I asked him and he finally speaks up "yes" he says and I nod while sternly looking at him "do her a favour, be discreet" I told him as I pulled Hope away with him and headed back to our room.
Hope and Faith's Room
As Hope was sitting at this desk writing I was lying on the bed continuously praying we didn't get caught until there was a knock on the door "oh gosh, we're done for" I say as Hope shushes me.
"Come in" Hope calls out and Mr Williams comes in causing Hope and I to stand up "Mr Williams, what's up" Hope asked "Mr Saltzman wants to see you, both of you its about Henry Benoit" Mr Williams says causing me to sigh knowing we got caught.
"Is Mr Saltzman calling my mom" Hope asked me causing him to nod "that and he thinks your dad should know what you've been up to" Mr Williams informs us.
"Yeah, good luck finding him" Hope says and I walk over grabbing her hand giving it a squeeze could her to return the gesture.
"Pack your bags Hope, Faith you're going home" Mr Williams says but I become confused "where am I going" I asked him "Hopes mother has agreed to take you with her considering you have no extended family" he tells me and I nod before he walks out.
"I told you this was gonna happen" I tell her and she nods "I know but we're still on the right track this is just a minor set back" she tells me and I nod "I hope so" I tell her before we start packing.
Hallway
Hope and I were sitting waiting to get picked up by Hayley while I say Roman walking by and I groaned in jealousy as I say Hope start to straighten herself up as he walked closer.
"You going somewhere?" he asked solely focusing on Hope while I glared daggers at the boy I mean something about him rubbed me the wrong way "home we, uh, we got suspended" Hope tells him and he realises I'm here while I give him a sarcastic smile.
"Hope Marshall got suspended, cool" he said before walking off and she stared at his retreating figure causing me to scoff "seriously" I mumbled under my breath.
"Sorry I got you in trouble" Henry said popping out of nowhere "she said "be discreet." what part of jumping out of a tower is discreet" Hope asked said to the boy.
"I had to make sure it would work if I only hurt myself, then I would've just healed" Henry tells us causing me to scoff "right cause no one's ever died peacefully from sleeping pills" II told him.
"I'm not a person things go right for you ever seen a werewolf with no pecs who quotes E. E. Cummings? I can already tell I'm getting stronger you know how good it will be not to have to take crap from anybody?" Henry tells us and I now understand why he really wanted this.
"What-what makes you think that? you're a hybrid now you may be able to defend yourself, but they'll only hate you for being different I don't think that you thought this through, Henry" Hope told him and I nodded in sympathy.
"You wouldn't understand" Henry retorts causing both Hope and I to scoff "oh, really? me? I wouldn't understand?" Hope asked him.
"That's different none of the students know you're Klaus Mikaelson's daughter" Henry states in a hushed whispered "I don't know why Lisina told you, you and I aren't even friends" Hope stated.
"Your mom's our alpha all the Crescent Wolves know" Henry tells hope "and so will everyone at school when they start asking how you survived a swan dive out of the memorial library" I tell him trying to get him to understand.
"Your dad's not gonna kill me for getting you suspended, is he?" Henry asked Hope "I wouldn't know he can't bother to be a Dad" Hope says and I squeeze her hand again while I mentally prepare myself for an awkward ride back to New Orleans.
The Abattior
Hope and I were walking behind Hayley and while I decided to keep my mouth shut was best Hope decided to go her own way "can you just yell at me already? seven hours of hostile silence is punishment enough" Hope yells out causing Hayley to stop.
"The whole point of sending you to that school and calling you Hope Marshall was so that you wouldn't draw attention to yourself, to keep you safe why? why did you do it? what could you both have possibly needed the money for?" Hayley stated.
"That's our business" Hope stated "and selling your blood is mine you had no right" Hayley told us off "you're being a hypocrite you're the one that taught me "my body, my choice" well, my blood, my choice" Hope argued.
"You are not just anybody, Hope do you even understand what you have done? both of you" Hayley told us both and I looked down in shame "Henry came to me" Hope said trying to defend us.
"And you should have said no Hope, Henry was already a kid who was struggling to fit in, and now... he's gonna be only one of three hybrids in the world, and seen as a threat to everyone in the city, you have no idea what you've done, you cannot create something without taking responsibility for it" Hayley lectures us even if she wasn't wrong.
"What are you gonna do? ground us... a-and lock us up? I'll just whammy us out, I am a witch" Hope saying not making the situation better.
"And I am your mother... which means tomorrow I'm gonna have to clean up the mess you've made before it gets worse" Hayley says before walking away as I whimper feeling even worse that I disappointed her.
Could life get any worse than right now..... I may have spoke to soon
