There in the Disappearing Light
Faith's POV
The Courtyard
Klaus and Hope had been going back and forth as Klaus was trying to get Hope's anger out "do it again, harder this time all of that pain, that simmering darkness you need to purge it before it eats you alive" Klaus yelled at Hope trying to get the anger out of her.
"Dad!" Hope yelled at him "give me your anger, Hope!" Klaus yelled as she scremed and threw Klaus into another wall but from what I could tell it wasn't working.
"It's not working" Hope said and I knew it "you're holding back" Klaus said and it was more than obvious she was "you really think I want to feel this way? no matter how hard I try to get it out, I don't feel any better, you're not the one I want to hurt" Hope said and Klaus perked up.
"Give me a name" Klaus encouraged Hope "Roman" was all Hope said and Klaus smirked before speaking off "and the plot thickens" I said waiting for the return of Klaus Mikaelson.
Under the Abattoir
Klaus ended up bringing Roman back and while Hope was hanging back Klaus and I were front and centre in front of Roman and Klaus held up a bucket in front of me.
"Want to do the honour" he said smirking and I smirked back throwing the water at Roman waking him up and Roman was very frantic before looking at us and trying to get out.
"Have you decided how you're going to kill him?" Klaus asked Hope "slowly" Hope said in the shadows causing Roman to perk up "Hope? Hope! hey" Roman said but Hope ignored him.
"I want to do this alone" Hope told us "what?" Roman asked confused "this is supposed to help me feel better, right?" Hope asked us "what's wrong with her?" Roman asked us.
"She has an affliction, for which your pain is a momentary comfort" Klaus tells him "my pain?" Roman asked confused "mm-hmm, but I don't want an audience" Hope tells us again.
"Hope" Klaus and I say "if you want to help me, go" Hope tells just and we accept that while Klaus scared Roman a little.
"Well, I was rather hoping to be part of the show, well, consider starting small, then, fingernails, or-or perhaps the tongue, build the suspense" Klaus said smirking.
I walk up to Hope "you gonna be ok" I asked her and she nodded hugging me tightly "I'll be fine" she says and I nod "throw a punch in for me" I tell her and she laughed before I walked out with Klaus.
"Hey hey, wait, you're not actually gonna leave me with her, are you? hey!" Roman yelled and we gave him a little wave before walking away.
The Courtyard
Klaus and I had just waited for Hope to come around and when she came back upstairs there were lines being traced down her arm making me extremely worried about her and the same with Klaus.
"What's happening to me?" Hope asked Klaus and by the look on his face he had no idea and neither did I, I just wish there was something I could do to help.
"I don't know" Klaus said confirming my thoughts "it's bad, right?" Hope asked and we all already knew the answer to that "you need to rid yourself of this darkness" Klaus said.
I knew Klaus was referring to killing Roman and I honestly didn't know how that was going to go down because if Hope was going to do it she would have done it by now.
"I can't, I can't kill him, I won't" Hope told Klaus and even though Klaus knew she couldn't he was persistent "Hope" Klaus tried but she was stubborn.
"Dad, he's no more guilty or responsible than me" Hope said and even though I didn't agree with her and I knew Klaus didn't agree with her I could tell we had to accept her decision.
"All that power, still merciful, you clearly didn't get that from my side of the family" Klaus said making me smile at his light-heartedness "this is only gonna get worse, isn't it?" Hope asked and again I think we all knew the answer to it.
"Stay here" Klaus said before going off to speak with Elijah leaving Hope and I alone and I grabbed her hand causing her to look at me.
"Hey, we're gonna figure this out Hope I promise you, Klaus and I and everyone else isn't gonna stop till we find a way for you to live" I tell her and she nods just hugging me and holding onto me.
I hold her back tightly "this helps" she mumbles before going back to holding me just as tight as Klaus and Elijah enter the room again "we have a plan" Klaus says and we spring into action.
St Anne's Church
Just on cue Klaus, Marcel, Hope and I entered the church to see all of Greta's follower's "you can leave them to us now" Klaus tells his brother and his lady friend as they speed off.
"I'm going to enjoy this" Marcel adds in and I nod in agreement because after everything they have caused they deserve it "go on, sweetheart, let it all out" Klaus encourages.
Hope then lets out a scream releasing a large amount of energy killing all the vampires at once "holy shit" I say amazed by the amount of power.
"Are they all dead?" Hope asked and by the looks of it they all were "immortality isn't for everyone you should consider what you did an act of public service" Klaus tells Hope trying to comfort her.
"Hey, kiddo, you okay?" Marcel asked as I walk over to Hope "I I'm, um, numb" she replied as I place my hand on her shoulder "are they gonna come back? the lines and and-and the whispers?" Hope asked scared.
"I don't know" Klaus replied and all I could think was I hope not but my thought was cut short when I heard a noise upstairs and we immediately ran upstairs to see what was going on.
We were met with Declan looking pretty beat up "oh, my God, Declan is he gonna live?" Hope asked the question we were all wondering.
"I'll take care of this, get out of here" Klaus instructed us "Dad?" Hope asked again "now! Faith get her out of here" Klaus instructs and I grab Hope's hand leading her out.
When we head down Roman pops up and while I glare I look at Hope "if anything happens let me know and I'll come kick his ass" I tell her walking away to give her some privacy.
While I wasn't listening I couldn't help but stare at them in sadness knowing Hope was never going to feel the same way.
I was sitting on the stairs below as Hope as finished us with him before coming to me and we just sat in silence trying to even figure out what was going to happen.
Suddenly Hope made a pained crying sound making me turn to her "Hope was is it" I asked her and she leant forward and I moved with her "Hope" I asked again as she suddenly looked up.
There was one difference her eyes went from her beautiful blue to the familiar golden tone I recognize.

I think my writing skills have improved immensely speed wise as this is the third episode I've written today!!
I know they are short but I honestly don't have much to write about so they are short and sweet but Legacies are gonna be longer I promise!!!
I'm honestly gonna go for another chapter but we'll see, 3 more episodes and the next one is gonna be interesting!!!
