You were just playing a game made by Bungie which was Destiny 2 and was just on Mars, doing a quest which is kill thrall and cabal with the iIkelos handcannon. With hours of playing it, you were doing a random quest that involved taking down Panoptes but with going through one of the portals your pc froze. You let out a frustrated groan and just reset it then got a call as you picked it up, it being one of your friends who you play D2 with but had to explain that you had to reset your pc. They understood but you heard a knock on your bedroom door then it opened to reveal your friend. "Yo whose the weird cosplayer in your kitchen with a handcannon.". "What do you mean? There's no one else here but me...". At that moment you heard dishes crash to the floor and quick went to your bed, pulling up one mattress as you took out a airsoft gun (Been bingeing airsoft vids recently) and moved passed your friend, gun ready and slowly yet quietly moved towards the kitchen. Feeling your heart racing like a modded van in drag race then quickly stepped in. There was a bit hesitation and cleared your throat as you saw they were wearing the gear of the character you made, which was a hunter and quickly they took out their handcannon, pointing it at you with their finger on the trigger but slowly lowered their weapon. Seeing only you and that you were no threat as the airsoft gun wouldn't do anything to him, only bounce off his gear. "Hm only a civilian... Why would they let you hold a weapon at all even if you aren't trained to shoot." He said as you just blinked. " Huh... Nice cosplay there... Friend? But anyway how dis you get into my house?" You asked and he pointed his handcannon to the broken glass back door. "Also the fuck is cosplay... Damn you citizens are getting we-..." "Guardian you should choose your words correctly." A voice said as a floating object that seemed to be jumbled of triangle shapes on a sphere, it was glowing a greenish white light. Once hearing those words and seeing the object you froze and two you wanted to faint from it or just be a fanboy/fangirl that know the guardians from D2 existing....
