Chapter 12: friendly dinner with friends

The time was getting near to dinner time and the boys were in their hotel room finishing getting ready. Finn had explained to Caleb that they were going out to eat with the girls and he needed Caleb to come along so Finn wouldn't be the third wheel.

Caleb was confused seeing as Millie and Finn were dating so it would actually be the opposite. But he agreed because he wanted to spend time with Sadie.

After the girls had rushed their way back to the hotel to get ready, Millie had texted Finn to know about their plans changing.

|Me: Hey so change of plans.. Sadie kind of found out and I told her that it wasn't a date and we were all just going out as friends.

So can we make this a low key thing? Not public. No paparazzi?

Finni wolf💕: Yea sure

I'll ask around about finding a low key place.

It was now 7:00 pm and on time the boys were at their door knocking. Millie was excited as she ran to open the door. "You guys are punctual!" Was the first thing Millie said as she opened the door. Finn was awestruck upon seeing Millie.

Caleb snickered watching his best friend basically drool over his girlfriend. Millie smiled at the two. "Hey Millie." Caleb greeted her.

"Hello boys! Let me grab Sades so we can get going.. Come in." She said turning to make her way further inside. Sadie was in the bathroom trying to delay as much time as she could. "Sadie! The boys are here!" Millie yelled as she grabbed her bag.

Finn still hadn't said anything which Caleb snickered at. "You okay there wolfy?" He asked closing the door. Finn cleared his throat. "Y-Yea. Why wouldn't I be?" He said as his eyes traveled to where Millie was.

Caleb didn't get to reply, because as he opened his mouth Sadie came out of the bathroom and he was lost for words. "Oh.. Hey boys." Sadie said calmly, just how she had practiced in the bathroom mirror.

Finn looked at Caleb and noticed his eyes were lit up as he kept his gaze on Sadie. Finn smirked leaning to whisper in his ear. "Whipped." Caleb elbowed him.

"Uh hi Sadie. You look nice. Uh I mean you both look good-great!" Caleb stuttered. Millie looked at him and smiled. Finn was snickering next to him, and Sadie was blushing madly.

Millie and Sadie had dressed in cute put simple Mexican outfits, they had bought from a little store earlier.

Millie was wearing dark blue jeans and a white off shoulder blouse with Mexican embroidered flowers. She wore it with brown huaraches. Sadie was wearing something similar to Millie except she was wearing a black blouse, it had the same Mexican embroidered flowers on the top. She also paired it with brown Huaraches. Both girls had light make-up on and a flower pinned to the side of their hair.

Finn cleared his throat. "Yea you girls look really pretty." Both girls thanked them before they all exited the room.

Millie and Finn walked in back of Sadie and Caleb who were both flushing madly. "Hey" Finn whispered to Millie. "I had Gaten and Noah distract the paparazzi before coming up here." He said as they went down a spiral of stairs.

Millie nodded. "Sorry for not being able to get bait out of this. I know this was the whole purpose." She whispered so the other two wouldn't hear.

Finn frowned slightly. "Our whole relationship isn't for the press.. We're still friends and we don't need to use our relationship as an excuse to.. hang out." Finn whispered back.

Millie looked down nodding. "Right."

When they finally reached the lobby Midge was waiting for them by the front desk. Finn walked up to him and Midge sighed. He pulled out a pair of keys and held them up. "If you guys get pulled over.. I'm reporting the car stolen." He warned.

Finn smiled. "Relax Midge.. I don't have my license for nothing." He went to reach for the keys but Midge had a strong grip. "Please wear your seat belts, and don't go over the limit."

Finn sighed trying to pull the keys. "I'll be a responsible driver. I promise."

Midge gave a last look at Finn before finally letting go. "The car is parked out back.. You guys have about ten minutes to get out of here before the paparazzi realizes that it's Noah and his mystery 'date' is just Gaten in a wig."

Millie raised her eyebrows in surprise. She couldn't believe that Finn had actually planned it all out.

Finn smiled. "Thanks Midge. You're the best." He said grabbing Millie' s hand and leading her through the back door.

"Have fun on your double date you four!" Midge yelled out. Caleb and Sadie looked at each other blushing madly before following after them.

Hey guys!! I know it's short but I wanted to break this chapter into two parts.

(Also I'm Latina but I hope the outfits 'stereotypes' in these chapters don't offend anyone. Which I honestly think shouldn't. Like I'm proud of our culture.)
