Chapter Twelve

I quietly rush back upstairs and into Felix's room.

"Felix are you awake?"

"Hmmm...yeah."

He sits up and stretches.

"What's wrong?"

"The two men we brought back with us said there are more of them. I woke up and went downstairs to check on everything and I overheard them talking. They said that there were others like them."

"We should tell Chris. He will know what to do."

"I feel bad for invading their privacy."

"They are in our home and we have no idea who they are."

"That's true. Should we wake Chris?"

"Wait until in the morning. He gets angry when people wake him up."

"Okay."

"You'll sleep in here tonight."

"I have a room."

"I want to make sure you are safe."

"Okay. Thank you."

I curl myself up on the floor and lay down.

I look up and Felix is staring at me.

"What?"

"You don't have to sleep in the floor. You can sleep in my bed."

"Okay."

I get up off the floor and hop on the bed.

I lay down at the foot of the bed.

"Goodnight."

"Goodnight."

We fall asleep.

When we wake up we both start looking for Chris.

We find him outside watering the flowers.

We walk up to him.

"Oh hey guys good morning."

"Good morning."

"Good morning."

"Is everything okay? You two look concerned."

"We are concerned."

"Why?"

"Y/n overheard a conversation between the strangers last night on accident."

"What did they say?"

"They said that there are others like them."

"They told us that there is only them. Why would they lie?"

"I'm not sure and it seems like they aren't sure either. They kept saying why did we lie and stuff like that."

"You two know that this means we have to question them again right? We can't have people lying about who they know."

"I know."

"I know."

"Go tell Minho that we have to question them again and I'll be inside in a minute."

"Yes alpha."

"Yes alpha."

We walk back inside and up to Minho's room.

Felix knocks on the door and Minho opens it.

"We have to question the strangers again."

"Why?"
