I hurry and run to grab my phone to see that it was a random number and answered
"Hello" I asked
"Hi is this Alex griffin? This is Ashley Dwight"
"Yes this is and yea I heard you were gonna call so what's up?" I asked excitedly but kept it lowkey
"So I want to set up a meeting with all of you guys because as you know I'm going to be your publicist." She said
"Ok we're free whenever so you can pick a day and when and we'll meet you"
"Okay great! How about tomorrow at 2:30 at the small cafe in downtown San Francisco?"
"Yea that works fine. See you then!!!" I said

So we released our album 2 months ago it was a huge process to do but we finally got it out!
But today we have a meeting today with John and I guess it's a huge deal so I'm very nervous. I have no clue what it's about tho.

"Hey John" we all said
"Hey guys so let's get straight into this because this is a huge deal!!" he sound excited but nervous
"Do you want to hear the good news or the bad news first" John asked hastily
"Good news first please" I shot quickly
"Ok sooo you guys know how twenty one pilots are starting their tour in 3 months right"
"Yea" we all said
" WELL THE BOYS AND I WANT YOU GIYS TO OPEN FOR THEM!!!!!" He said very excitedly.
If that was the good news then I'm terrified for the bad news
"Oh my god 100% we will" Alex said and all of us nodded our heads
"Ok well let me call the boys and tell them you guys agreed"
"Ok so what's the bad news then" Caleb asked
"Well......... I'm so sorry y/n but we're going to have to set up a date with you and another celebrity for PR." John said in a normal tone
"What?why? No this isn't happening I don't want to "date" someone I don't even fucking know I'm sorry but I'm not doing that"
"Yes you are there's no other option you guys signed the contract"
"Whatever but who is it?" I asked curiously
"Camila Cabello"
I was fucking shocked she has been my celebrity crush since 2013 but I'm not gonna show it cause I'm not gonna be a crazy fan girl.
"Wait... really? Ok then I'm not as worried, but isn't she dating Shawn mended?" I asked curiously
"Yea but they're not public yet"
"Well I don't wanna mess up their relationship tho" I said worriedly
"Ok then you have different options how about yungblud?" John asked
"No my fans know im gay so no boys"
"Ok how about Billie eilish" he asked
"Isn't she 17 you know I'm 21 right"I said
"Well then I guess you're going on a "date" with Camila then" he said
"Whatever"
"Meet here tomorrow at 5:30 and dress nice she will be here" he said with a wink
I just rolled my eyes and then he dismissed us and we left.

So I'm going to the office right now cause Simon said it was important.
I finally arrived and I walk in simons office
"Hey simon" I said
"Hey camila, so I have bad news" he said in a very serious tone.
"What is it" I asked worriedly
" you know the band infatuation right?" He asked
"Yea they're really good" I said
"Well you know y/f/n y/l/n she's the lead singer"
"Well yea"
"Ok so I teamed up with the record label fueled by ramen and infatuation is signed to them. So we were thinking for a way to get them more publicity and we came up with the brilliant idea of you and y/n going on a date." He said proudly
"What no I thought you were gonna let me and Shawn come out!" I said sadly
"Well maybe after this because they need the publicity and so do you"
"Ok but why me? Why are you making me?"
"Because John gave y/n other options but she rejected both of them and said that she would go with you because Billie eilish is 17 and yungblud is a dude"
"Ok I guess I'll do it. But how long do we have to "date" for" I asked
"About 2 months it's really not that long of a time"
"Whatever" I said as I was walking out now it's time to tell Shawn.

I have to call Shawn to tell him and I honestly don't know how he's gonna react, I guess here goes nothing
*ring*ring**ring*
After 3 rings he finally picks up

"Hey babe, what's up?"
"Hey, I have some bad news" I say nervously
"Okay What is it?"
" so you know how I had a meeting with Simon today and I thought it was about us going public? Well it wasn't about that"
"So we cant then? And what was it about stop stalling?"
" so it was about PR and they want me to go on a "date" with y/n because we both need publicity right now I guess. So yea we're not allowed to go public either" I said not so thrilled
"Fuck I was really getting excited about seeing what everyone will say. So there was nothing you could have done to not do it? And I get why you would need more publicity for the new album, but why do they?"
" I was getting excited too, and no there was t anything I tried to get out of it but I couldn't. And I guess that she tried to ask for different people so she didn't ruin our relationship but they gave her people that she couldn't go out with. I don't really know why they did they just released their album that went extremely well but I think they might be going on tour or something so it makes sense."
" oh yea that totally does make sense and now I'm not that worried about the "date" because she obviously doesn't want to ruin our relationship so she'll be respectful for sure. But I gotta go I have to go do an interview in 15 minutes so I'll call you later love you keep me updated about it, oh and how long does it have to last for?"
"They said 2 months and then we can go public and couple weeks after that. And bye love you too and I will."
"Okay so it's not that long it will be fine bye!"

Before me and Shawn got together I found infatuation on YouTube and i honestly thought y/n was hot so if I wasn't in a relationship I probably would enjoy this more.
I have to be at the fueled by ramen office in an hour so I have to get ready for the date anyways.
