Decided to do a go between for this book! That will make it more interesting, I think. Please rate and comment! Gina xoxo.
Jason
Jason felt terrible. It didn't matter what Piper, or Leo, or anyone said. If only he'd been paying attention, he could have saved Annabeth and Percy. He still felt awful that he'd ever held a small grudge against the guy. Now they were in Tartarus, and their chances of making it out alive were as slim as Jason ever living through this war and getting his driver's liscence.
There was a knock at his door. "Jason?" a voice asked. "Can I come in?"
"Sure." Jason replied, his voice sounding hollow to his ears.
Piper pushed the door open and came inside. She studied him for a while, biting her perfect lips with her perfect teeth.
"I know you feel terrible-" she started.
"Don't." Jason snapped.
"Don't what?"
"Don't make out like everything's going to be OK, Piper, because let's face it, we're all probably going to die on this stupid quest!" Jason yelled. He instantly felt guilty. How was it her fault? Who knew how much time they had left?
Piper didn't seem angry or upset by his brief fit of temper. She just looked worried.
"Whatever you think, Jason, this is not your fault, OK? It may seem like that to you, but it's not, OK? Everyone, even me, thinks that if we hadn't done this or if we'd done that they'd be here right now, but what happens, happens, OK? And anyway, we know they're not dead, Nico said so."
Jason scowled. That kid was creepy, sensing stuff like death and everything.
Piper suddenly got an angry look on her face.
"I'm not just going to stand here while you decide the world has hated you. Your starting to remind me of another son of Zeus that we met." she thrust the door open, and stalked out.
Jason felt bad immediatley. The last person he wanted to be like was Hercules, and it had hurt when Piper had said he was becoming like him. He started to get up to follow her, then sat down. 'Just leave her to cool down' he thought.
Suddenly Leo's installed megaphone's activated.
"Jason, get your butt on the deck!" he heard Leo's voice shout.
Jason groaned. Piper had probably told them what he'd said. They were going to be mad. But then Jason stopped mid thought. That's the kind of thing Hercules would say. He was not going to be like him.
He stood up, determined to be positive, and headed to his door.
Do you like the idea of a go between book? Tell me your comments and rate, please! Hope you all like it! Gina xoxo.
