The rest of Nathaniel’s day was blur. He didn’t even know how he managed to function properly after that encounter and Andrew’s proposition. He knew he promised himself he wouldn’t do stuff with Andrew again, but it seemed that just by being close to him all the rational thoughts evaporates from his head.
Nathaniel was definitely perplexed by his own feebleness. He never behaved like this in his life. He wasn’t a cheater, he wasn’t one to be led his carnal desires. This was something new, something unpredictable, but also utterly thrilling.
He was currently at the counter at Hamper’s serving the costumers. It was a slow night, there wasn’t too many people, which allowed him to wander off to Andrew of course.
I won’t do it, of course I won’t. Why would I? Why am I even considering it? It is completely wrong, and besides there is Allyssa, and she loves me. No, I won’t do it, he was frowning as he debated with himself. However, no matter how much he wanted to stop thinking about it he couldn’t, and no matter how much he convinced himself he wasn’t even considering it, he definitely was.
Every now and then, his thoughts would wander to how it would feel holding Andrew in his arms, caressing his body, and exploring with his lips, everywhere.
What is he doing now? Is he thinking about me, like I am him? Nathaniel thought of Andrew dreamily again as he propped his elbows on the counter. Why does he has such a pull over me, why does he wants me, is it just about sex? Why me? Is he some kind of a gay? I never thought of that, but he is with that sleaze Isabelle. And what am I? I’m not gay, but I like him. Wait what, it’s impossible, just no. He is a boy and he is Andrew. And why am I thinking about him again? Nathaniel slouched on a counter in resignation and banging his head on the counter in frustration.
“Excuse me, sir. Something wrong?” A bewildered voice caused him to jolt straight up. His cheeks red with embarrassment of being caught in such a position, he responded, “I apologize, I was just having headache.” He trailed off, his cheeks becoming a darker shade of red.
“Anyway, what can I get you?” He asked the costumer, clearing his thought slightly, still embarrassed.
“Just a regular black coffee, please. I want a hard one.” The lady said politely, amused by the guy in front of him.
“Just hang a second, Ma’am. I’ll be back right away.” Nathaniel smiled, trying to compensate for the prior happening.
Why should I should about you, Andrew? He signed heavily as he turned to the machine to brew the coffee. So many queries left unanswered.
Nathaniel discarded his clothes in haste, not caring if anyone might see him anymore. He needed it, and fast.
“Gross.” He winced when freezing water hit his hot skin. It was too cold, but he didn’t care, he needed to drive out all this all-consuming heat from his body. He stayed under the cold water for a couple of minutes, letting the cold water wash away all his lust.
When his teeth started to chatter from the cold, he decided to dried himself. He stepped out drying himself with a towel, and changing to his basketball uniform. Other guys will showed up soon, looking at him in surprise as to why he was showering before the practice. Harold voiced his question as soon as he entered the locker room.
“Why did you take shower before practice? You’ll just get sweaty again.” Harold asked his curiosity.
Because Andrew was taunting me whole day, and turning me on to the point of madness! Nathaniel thought to himself. But of course, he couldn’t say that out loud.
