My Master, My Husband (BOOK 1)

Chapter 4- so now we're engaged?

We go to the living room and I am welcomed with the warm smile of my mother and the deadly glare of my father.

"My baby! Finally you got all our signals and decided to get together with Axel!" My mother exclaims, I just frown in confusion, which signals?
"I think they don't know and fate just united them." His mother tells also telling us to take a sit on the couch that's in front of where my parents are sitting.

"I thought I tought you better than to get in a room alone with a boy, who knows what filthy things you had the chance to do, are still even the virgin you always claim to be?" My father dryly tells me, and my blood began to boil with anger. He has always been like this, not giving me any kind of freedom, everything I do, I have to do it behind his back.

In part, I haven't had a boyfriend because of him, no one seemed to be enough, and he is mainly the one who wants me to get married so that he can have more money. He makes me believe I am simply an object or a robot and my only purpose in life is to obey his every order.

I let out a very dry laugh.
"You're the worst person to teach me about morality. Right mother?" I smile at her and she tells me to shut up with her glare. He's a cheater and I hate him even more because of that, my poor mother has to tolerate him because she doesn't believe in divorce or something like that.

Because of my response, I felt Axel squeezing my thigh a little bit too hard, then I remembered that the submission agreement had just started and I broke the 2nd rule: respecting others.

"I mean, that's not what I meant to say, I apologize." I awkwardly say, laughing a little, but when I look at Axel he still has that disappointed look and now I feel as if I did something very wrong.
"Anyways! Let's talk about the arrangement!" Axel's father said appearing out of nowhere, sitting on an armchair adjacent to us. "I know this may seem a little bit too rushed, but you have both known since you were kids that you'd have an arranged marriage and now that you seem to be a couple, I think it's time for both of you to get married."

"Huh? What? Now?" Axel and I both say in unison. I know that I want to serve him and all, but getting married this young? I'm only 18 years old and I have a lot to to experience first.
"Yes now, the school year it's almost over-- what? Three, four months are left?" He looks at his wife seeking for an answer and she responds him with three months. "You see? That'll leave us time to plan the wedding, and you'll get married right after graduation."

I don't know what to think or say so I look at Axel to see what he thinks of this, but he doesn't have any emotion on his face.
"Alright, we'll do it, although there's no other choice." Axel spills standing up and telling me to stand too, so I obey. "I'll take her to my room now." He says taking my hand, but my father stops us from moving.
"You're not taking her anywhere, she's going home with us, right Amelia?" I look at Axel, then at my father, then at Axel and so on. What am I supposed to do? I'll get in trouble anyways.

"I-I... well I-"
"She's going to my room and then I'll take her home." Axel interrupts me, and now they are both glaring at each other with killer eyes.
"My my, let her stay Joseph, I'll make sure she gets home safely." Axel's mother says standing between them. Then his father reassures my father that nothing will happen to me, and that we'll soon be a family.

It takes my father some minutes to finally accept me staying with Axel. It's good that his parents got involved because I didn't know what to do.

He takes me upstairs to his room and locks the door. Thing that made me a little nervous and excited.
"So.." he said slowly walking towards me and pushing me on the bed. "First day and you break a rule, you want to be punished don't you?" Do I? I don't know but I feel excitement running through my veins. I just naughtily smile at him, thing that makes him grab my collarbone.
