Heavy lies dressed her up that day,
as a little girl found truth of a hidden brother.Excitement coated up the confusion,
as pictures showed her a boy already grown.Endearment masked the betrayal,
as the meeting drew her towards an unknown woman.Excuses were served to her those years,
as innocence wanted nothing more than to protect and love.Anger couldn't overcome happiness,
as she held onto a hand much smaller than hers.Hatred wasn't able to fight love,
as she dreamed of taking care of the boy.But soon... her gown was taken off,
and dreams never became reality as the boy remained hidden.
