6 | christmas tree

Baekhyun woke up and looked outside the window. He saw how so many houses had decorated their houses. Baekhyun looked at room. Normal as always.

"I think we should put up the christmas tree," Baekhyun mumbled. He looked down at Chanyeol still sleeping. Luckily Chanyeol didn't have any classes that day.

Baekhyun lightly started to shake Chanyeol awake. Chanyeol fluttered his eyes open and looked at Baekhyun.

"What?" Chanyeol lazily asked. He looked up at Baekhyun.

"We should put up the Christmas tree," Baekhyun whispered. Chanyeol sighed and went back to sleep.

"Can we do that later today babe?" Chanyeol said. Baekhyun didn't mind it this time. He understood that Chanyeol stayed up all night to finish his work on time.

"Alright love," Baekhyun said as he leaned down and kissed Chanyeol on the head.

Baekhyun got out of bed and headed to the garage. He looked around and finally found the Christmas tree.

"There you are," Baekhyun mumbled. He took out the Christmas tree and headed to the living room with it.

He was struggling a bit since it was pretty heavy. He eventually made it to the living room with ease. He placed it near the tv.

He was about to take out the tree but then realized that he should be doing that with Chanyeol instead of him doing it alone.

So while Chanyeol was still asleep. He decided to go and make breakfast for the two.

Chanyeol eventually woke up once Baekhyun finished their breakfast. He walked in the kitchen and sees Baekhyun standing there placing down the plate in front of him.

"Eat up! So then we can set up the Christmas tree," Baekhyun smiled. Chanyeol chuckled and started eating his food.

They started eating together. Chanyeol couldn't help but look up at Baekhyun and see his angelic face.

"Why do you want to set up the Christmas tree so early?" Chanyeol asked. Baekhyun looked at him and raised an eyebrow.

"What are you talking about it's only like the 6th day of December. We should have the Christmas tree up by now," Baekhyun said. Chanyeol laughed.

"I meant this early in the morning," Chanyeol said. Baekhyun made an 'oh' face. As he didn't understand his boyfriend's question.

"I don't know. I'm just eager to put it up," Baekhyun smiled. Chanyeol nodded his head.

"Alright. Let's go and put up the Christmas tree," Chanyeol said. He stood up and was heading to the garage.

"The tree is already by the tv," Baekhyun yelled as Chanyeol headed close to the garage.

"You forgot about the ornaments," Chanyeol yelled back. Baekhyun made an 'oh' face again.

Chanyeol headed to the garage and saw the box full of ornaments. He grabbed it and walked back to the living to see Baekhyun sitting on the couch.

"Now we can start putting up the tree," Baekhyun smiled. He got up and walked to the tree that was sitting right next to the tv.

They took out the tree out of the box and started setting it up right next to the tv. Chanyeol finished setting up the top part of the tree.

Chanyeol looked back to see Baekhyun already opening the ornament box and taking things out.

"Look!" Baekhyun said. Chanyeol walked right to Baekhyun to see him holding one specific ornament.

"It's the first ornament you gave me," Chanyeol smiled. There was a picture inside of the two kissing.

"We should put this one up first," Baekhyun cheered. He stood up and placed the ornament in the center. Chanyeol just giggled and placed a kiss on Baekhyun's head.

They continued placing all the ornaments from the box and the lights until it was finished. Chanyeol smiled as he looked at the tree.

"One last thing," Baekhyun said. Chanyeol looked down at him and raised an eyebrow. He could see Baekhyun holding the star.

"I should put that up right?" Chanyeol laughed. Baekhyun softly punched Chanyeol on the shoulder. He still gave him the star. Chanyeol stood on his toes and put up the star.

"Now we look a bit more festive," Baekhyun smiled as he hugged Chanyeol. Chanyeol gave him another kiss on the head.

"We sure do," Chanyeol smiled.
