Chapter 22: Dance Dance Infiltration x Jedi

Y/n's Pov

I have to admit this so-called dance wasn't all that bad from a point of view, but everyone was enjoying themselves hell even the drink they called punch tasted quite good better then the stuff back home. While I was watching the students and having a good time I heard laughter nearby as I see Sun, Blake and Neptune as the latter entertains the others with some impressions and other silly faces which I had to admit made me laugh a little as well.

"I'm happy you are enjoying yourself Blake." I said to myself as I took another sip of my punch.

"Man, this stuff is good." I said as a few of my classmates walked over to have a chat with me just to get to know me a little bet better.

3rd person pov

Yang was leaning on a handrail and overlooking the festivities from a second tier as Ruby approaches and leans on the rail.

"You know? I think we really needed this." Yang said as Blake and Sun are slow dancing while Lie Rin and Nora appeared to be Waltzing while Penny was dancing alone guarded by two Atlas soldiers.

"Yeah and you did a great job planning it to." Ruby replied.

"Aw, thanks! It wasn't all me through. Weiss did a lot too." Yang said reaching over to Ruby crushing her in a one-arm hug as she flails frantically.

Ruby stops struggling and looks down at Weiss. Neptune approaches and rubs his neck nervously as Weiss invites him to sit with her.

"Tomorrow it's back to work." Yang said.

"I'm sure we can handle whatever gets thrown at us.... Ex-cept for that." Ruby said as Jaune is now wearing with a blue ribbon as team JNPR started dancing as the other students cheered.

Meanwhile Mercury and Emerald are observing the students from the next tier.

"It appears all the dancers have partners except for one." Emerald said.

"How long to I have?" Cinder asked via earbud

"You should probably be home by midnight, to be safe." Mercury replied as Cinder was outside somewhere holding her fingers to her ear. (a/n: I get it her name Is Cinder as in Cinderella and second anyone getting metal gear vibes with the whole ear bud thing besides me?) meanwhile Ruby made her way towards the exit and away from the dance and steeped into the night air.

"Ah fresh air." Ruby said to herself when she sees a figure running along the rooftops as she starts to pursue.

Outside the Cross Continental Transmit Tower, Cinder dressed as a cat burglar, stealthily approaches an armed guard. She knife-hands the back of his head, rendering him unconscious with a stunned grin on his face. She drags him behind some bushes before going inside the building as Cinder approaches more guards.

"Excuse me, no one's allowed in this area... stop!" He says but Cinder continues to approach.

The soldier opens fire when Cinder does not heed him. She manages to overpower him, using his gun to take out another approaching soldier. She then throws him against a handrail. Two more soldiers rush her wielding batons. Cinder flash-forges a pair of black blades from fire dust and trounces them both.

Meanwhile in the elevator two Atlas soldiers were talking.

"Hey, man, do you know the Wi-Fi password?" Asked the first soldier
