Be bold!!!
This is one of the lessons I had learnt during a management coaching.
In order to excel as a leader you must be able and willing to represent the community and business to raise unwelcome messages carried it across and ensure it is being register while finding and fighting for a solution.
I told myself I have to be confident in ensuring I fight for the business equity by ensuring the technical folks are looking into issues we face with our customers.
I realize it wasnt really difficult as long as you do your homework and present the facts with some convincing presentation.
I am sure with a heart you will enable the goals or your dreams coming true. One important aspect do not turn it down when they knock on your door.
