Dabi x Todoroki

A seven-year-old Todoroki shivers, trying to use his left side but to no avail. He swallows, the lump in his throat growing. Tears blur his vision as he falls to his knees, rubbing his hands together in an attempt to warm himself.

His blue lips twitch and shake. His hot tears are the only warm thing about him.

He knows he should have waited for his older brother to come home. He knows Touya would have protected him. If he had waited, he wouldn't have been in the cave for so long.

"Shou!"

...Touya?

"Shoto! Where are you?" His oldest brother's voice sounds like he's about to cry. "Shou-"

"Enough." Enji, their father, snarls. "He made his choice."

"Yeah, but-"

"Touya!" Shoto screams.

Something grabs his shoulder and digs its fangs into it. "TOUYA! HELP!" 

"Shoto!" Touya sprints to where his littlest brother cries, blood seeping from the wound in his shoulder. The creature hisses and tries to drag the struggling boy deeper into the cave, but Touya uses his blue flames to disintegrate it.

"Shou-!" He sobs, shoulders shaking. "I'm so glad you're okay!"

Shoto winces when Touya pulls back and gingerly touches his shoulder. "We'll get it treated. You'll be fine." He says, more to himself than to Shoto.

"You'll be fine." He repeats. "Just fine."

First chapter! I wrote this a while ago, so here you are. Everyone I asked said I should post it. And I'm sorry it's so short, this was just the first thing.
