"A transplant?"
Jungkook nodded his head as he avoided eye contact with Jin. Jin massaged his temples getting himself together. "When did you find out Jungkook?" Jin questioned.
"Friday"
"Hyung the list is long and they're not that many guaranteed matches.
"There's only a few matches and I'm one of them" Jungkook said with a sad smile.
Jin realized what Jungkook was implying, "no Jungkook don't say that we can find a match"
"What if we can't"
Jin shut his mouth and stared at the other's sorrowful smile.
"We can find him a match Jungkook"
Afterwards the two strolled around the hospital before Jin eventually left. Jungkook stayed with Jimin every single day he got off, although the younger felt bad because the kids missed him alot.
Irene looked at how the oldest tried to be happy but she knew he wasn't. Jungmin had the most pressure and he didn't know what to do.
"Jungmin"
The oldest looked up from his phone at Irene."are you ready for Christmas"
Jungmin gave Irene a soft smile, "I'm looking foward to it"
Irene smiled before walking off to get her stuff ready to go visit her husband who returned for the holidays.
His smile faded away as soon as he saw her go around the corner. He couldn't tell Irene that he had cried every single night since his appa went into a coma, so he lied about being happy. His sister Maya hadn't really been talking as much and she would just snuggle up to him every chance she got. Yuna broke up with her boyfriend because she just wanted to be alone during this time. The family was slowing falling apart.
The doorbell sounded and Jungmin made his way over to the door. He opened and just broke down in the person's arms. Taehyung rubbed the younger's back as he shut the door behind him.
"Jungmin it's okay"
Jungkook already informed Irene that taehyung was coming over and that Irene could leave.
Irene gave Taehyung a sorrowful look before headed out the door. "Do you wanna talk about it"
"He's going to be fine Jungmin don't worry alright" he said holding the younger in his arms. Deep down inside Taehyung was uncertain of the outcome for his bestfriend.
He went upstairs to check on Yuna who was always locked up in her room. Taehyung opened the door to see her slouched over on her desk. He quickly walked over to her. Right beside her was a bag full off pills and crushed pills on the desk.
"This was close if mr. Kim wouldn't have found her then this could've been fatal"
"We've looked over her results and this isn't the first time she's done this"
"she's been doing this for a while we can look at her system and tell" the doctor said showing Jungkook the results.
"Would you know a reason or cause of the abuse of the pills"
"Yes i do"
"My husband's in a coma and I haven't really been around to talk to her or even listen to her problems" Jungkook said feeling guilty as ever.
"Sorry to hear that mr. Jeon" the doctor said giving him a saddened face.
"We'll have to keep her for a couple of days to make sure everything's alright"
The doctor escorted Jungkook to her room before leaving the two alone. He slowly walked up to her and sat on the edge of her bed. He held her hand and lifted her chin up." I'm sorry yuna I wasn't there for you when you needed me"
"I just miss Jimin so much" Jungkook said in a shaky voice.
Yuna tears ran down her face and Jungkook gently wiped them away.
"I'm not mad at you yuna but please stop doing it I don't wanna lose you please"
Yuna looked up at her dad who had tears falling from his eyes."I promise dad"
Jungkook held her close as he gently sung to her a song he made up years ago when she was just a little girl. Before je knew it yuna had drifted asleep in his arms. Gently he covered her up and kissed her forehead before leaving out the room.
