After Jungkook received news that the surgery was a success he made sure to tell everyone starting with Jimin's parents first of course. Mrs. Park fell in Jungkook's arms hearing the news from her son-in-law. He was kissed on his cheeks repeadlty making him cringe a bit and Mr. Park just hugged Jungkook. "Thank you Jungkook so much for taking care of my son"

Jungkook thanked her for being strong and keeping the family together. Of course he had to tell his hyungs too that Jimin was going to br ok.

1 week later

Jungkook woke up knowing this was the day Jimin was going to wake up he felt it in his heart. The Fresh aroma of the food hit his nose as he opened his room door. The kids were still fast alseep as Irene prepared the table for the kids and Jungkook. So he went down the hall to wake up the kids. Opening every door until everyone was awake. Jungkook carried maya downstairs who kept playing with Jungkook's hair which he needed to get cut.

"Waffles!" Maya ran to kitchen only to be stopped by Irene. Who have her a big smile.

"Dad can you take at look at my car I think I hit a curb yesterday". He quickly turned to her with widen eyes. "I'm kidding dad love you" she said before sitting down.

Of course Jungmin was the last one up just how his dad is. "Jungii!"

"Maya!". Jungmin ruffled her hair before taking a seat between maya and yuna. Morning time was great but of course school was a thing. So every one was on time this morning since Jungkook had taken off just for this day. Actually he quit his job tired of how he was treated by his boss. He found a new job and the best part it was a home office job.

"Dr. Namjoon I couldn't think you enough for all your work and care for Jimin thank you so much". Jungkook shook the older's hand. Just then a nurse rushed in the door." Dr. Kim mr. Jeon has waken up". Jungkook and Mr.kim made eye contact before he looked back at the nurse. "Give me a few minutes Jungkook then I'll come get you after we get him into another room". Namjoon quickly walked with the nurse to Jimin's room located in the ICU.

Jungkook had never been this anxious or nervous for anything in his life. He didn't even bother to sit down he had been waiting for about an hour before he saw Dr. Namjoon coming down the hall with a huge smile. The other waved him over to him and jungkook went along. Once at the room door jungkook suddenly stopped. "It's alright Jungkook don't be nervous He did suffer from memory loss but he still remembers you mr. Jeon so don't worry"

"Go ahead"

Jungkook nervously twisted the door as he was first met with a nurse. The nurse moved aside and Jungkook looked at Jimin. He was looking around as if he was searching for something. The younger quickly slowly made his way over to him. As Jimin's eyes fell on his and the younger's feet dragged him to Jimin and until he was finally in his arms. He hugged him tightly but not to hard since he was extremely weak. "J-Jungkook" he said in that sweet voice that Jungkook had not heard in months. Jimin wasn't really aware of what happened or why he was in the hospital." I missed you so much hyung" Jungkook said not able to hold back his tears any longer. He kissed all over his face before finally kissing his lips which the color had came back. Jimin was skinny, being in a coma and having had surgery caused the older to loose a significant amount of weight."Kookie what's wrong with me why I am I here"

"I can't tell you baby Dr. Namjoon made me promise"

"Do you remember the kids" Jungkook said taking a seat on the bed."Kids?". Jungkook knew Jimin would forget something or someone and he dreaded that it had to be the kids but slowly it would come back to him. But it take anywhere from weeks to years.

Suddenly Namjoon walked in with a clip board. "I see that you two have reunited, mr. Jeon you're going to have to stay here for at least two weeks so we can make sure you're on the right track"

"Dr. Kim,what happened to me". Jimim asked while looking at dr. Namjoon with pleading eyes. He looked at jungkook before he sighed, "Once you get better Jimin we will have a talk with you I promise" Dr. Kim talked to the couple a bit longer before leaving to give the two some privacy. "I love you jungkook"

"I love you more hyung"

Jimin was hesitant to ask Jungkook something but he didn't push his limits.

"Did anything happen while I was gone"
