Chapter Eleven- Skylars PUV

"What are we gonna do now?" I asked after the fireworks ended.
"I'm not sure, I didn't think it would go this far." He said letting out a small laugh like a, pfft, laugh.
"Really? You didn't think I liked you?" I asked.
"Ya." He said. Looking at the sand in between his toes.
"Well I don't like you." I said trying not to laugh.
"What do your mean?" He asked immediately lifting his head up.
"I love you." I said smiling and attaching our lips together. He pulled away and left our foreheads touching.
"I love you too" He said pecking my lips and then grasping my hand as we walked back to the car.

After dropping me off at my lovely one floor house,Note the sarcasm, I headed straight to my room and got in my pajamas. Which consisted of, a bra and underwear of course, old basketball shorts and a Black Veil Brides shirt. I hopped into bed and plugged my phone into its charger. I then drifted asleep.

--Kian's POV--

When I got back to my apartment, I fell on top of my bed and didn't bother changing. I immediately fell asleep dreaming about Skylar.

6:00 am

--Skylar's POV--

I woke up and got dressed. I put on a teal patterned crop top, white high waisted shorts, blue acid-washy converse, and put my hair into a braided bun. I walked into the bathroom. Ughhhh no makeup, I thought. I applied mascara and thin eyeliner. I added mint flavored E.O.S Chapstick to match. I put on blue-teal earrings and called it good. I grabbed my phone and unlocked it with the side button. One text from Kian.

Oh whatever. I'll see him soon anyway. I look over and see Katie still in her clothes from last night. Wait. shit. It's my birthday. I took the present for Katie out of my closet and set it on my nightstand. Hope she'll like it, I thought. It was an Alex + Ani bracelet that I had custom made and had 5 SOS on it. She LOVED them. I also got her an iPad Air for the times she's been there for me. Just to show I care. She yawned and sat up right.

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY BESTIE!!!!!!!," I shouted at the top of my lungs.
"HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU TOO!" She shouted back.
"Haha. So wanna do presents?" I asked.
"Yassssss!" She squealed.

I handed her the gift and she squealed as she saw the Alex + Ani bracelet. Wait for it.

"OH MY MOTHER FUCKING GOOD! HOW THE HELL DID YOU PAY FOR THIS!" She yelled holding the iPad Air in the air. Ha, that fits.

"I saved up for it." I calmly shrugged.

"Well, here's your gift." She said with a huge smile.

I slowly opened the gift box and reveled another smaller box. I give her the 'are you serious' look and she nodded.
