It Can't Be

Morning came and Ox was laying in his bed, fast asleep. Just then his alarm rang, he hit the snooze and hopped up from his bed. He got out of his house and began to walk towards wages bakery for a quick snack before heading off to see Moxy, as he was walking he thought he saw a shadow like figure walking in the corner of his eye. He turned around to see nothing, thinking it was just his mind playing tricks on him he continued to head towards wages bakery.
"Hey ox!" Said wage has ox entered the bakery

"The usual?" Asked wage

"Yep!" Ox spoke as he looked around the bakery and waving good morning to the other dolls

"Say wage.." Ox said, "Has anyone new come to the bakery for a snack or meal?" Asked ox

"As a matter of fact... Yes actually!" "They came last night for a slice of apple pie." Wage said

Ox remembered someone he knew that loved apple pie, but they were long gone now, "Do you know what they looked like?" Asked ox, wanting to know the new doll
"Hmm let me think. Oh she had on a nice black sweater and pants, she had lovely black hair with a little white at the top..."

Ox froze, It can't be that...thought ox. It couldn't be what he was thinking, It Couldn't be

"They were one of the most beautiful dolls I've ever seen, even though they had pale white skin. She looked stunning!"

The last words made ox's heart drop, it couldn't be possible. Everything about this doll matched up with...
But she had left years ago, before anyone had knew her, it couldn't be possible. After all these years of her being gone, wage was talking about her being here the night before!

It couldn't be...

Was it?...

Could it be...

O.P.S?...

The name was stuck in his head, he needed to see if it was true...
"Ox?" Asked wage seeming nervous
Ox needed an excuse to buy him some time...

"Oh my doll I left my door open!" Ox lied to have an excuse to leave

"Really!" Said wage

"I have to go! See you later!" Yelled ox as he ran outside towards his house

"But you're snack isn't done!" Yelled wage, but ox was long gone now

Ox was running to his house, so many questions were running though his head. Was she still here!? Why was she hiding all this time?! What was she doing for all the time she was gone?

Ox would soon find out the truth to his questions...

But he would Not like the answer
