“Jason Mcgrover is the creator of the biggest game in the world, Gun Game. Of course, this game can’t be played without a certain piece of hardware called the holoscape. The holoscape is something that helps the human body think it’s in a different reality. Jason Mcgrover helped create this world-breaking device but, what he didn’t realize what would happen is how fast the technology would evolve after he gave the holoscape to every country in the world. Japan was the first country to work on the improvements of the holoscape and they managed to make it smaller and fit on the face like glasses. These improvements made Gun Game an even better game than it already was and it’s still currently getting updates to better the user’s experience. The Holoscape also allows the user to have it on their body all day and night and with some updates, to the UI system, the holoscape is now able to be used as an everyday object. With that happening, the leveling system now existed in the real world. People were allowed to do things to help their levels increase and it was one of the best-” The tv screen suddenly goes dark and I let out a light groan knowing who turned it off.
“I was watching that,” I said annoyed.
“Yeah, I know you were watching it. I turned it off because you’ve spent three hours rewatching it. It’s starting to get annoying.” my brother said standing in the doorway of my room holding a remote.
“I honestly don’t know what you hope to learn from this,” my brother asked questioningly while walking into my room.
“I hope to figure out how the holoscape works so I can make my own improvements to it. Like if I could hack into my holoscape and then hack into Gun Game do you know how much stuff I can do from there!”
“Yeah, you can get yourself arrested if you keep pursuing that. You know good well that hacking is illegal plus the holoscape is almost impossible to hack into and if you even try and hack into Gun Game, we would have a lawsuit on our hands in an instant. People would go crazy if they found out the number one player’s little sister hacked into Gun Game.” he said worriedly.
Of course, my older brother is worried about what people think as he said, he is the number one player in Gun Game. He just doesn’t understand that I’m already working towards this goal and I’m getting closer to this goal every day. If my brother doesn’t know what I’m doing neither will the public. Nothing is impossible so that means someday I’ll be able to hack into the holoscape and figure out everything I need to know.
“Ha, impossible is my middle name, Colton!”
“No, your middle name is Maria and I’m serious Allison, don’t cause any more trouble,” Colton said sternly.
“Yeah, yeah I know. I’ll behave myself.”
As I’m turning around to face my tv, I notice a weird symbol on my computer. I didn’t exactly know what that symbol was but in all honesty, I didn’t care I just wanted to get back to my research on the holoscape. I went to turn on my tv manually since my brother was now holding it and to my knowledge, I didn’t see him put it down yet but right before I got even close to tv my brother stopped me and by telling me to get dressed. Now, this shocked me and now I had to ask the most obvious question known to man.
“Why exactly do I need to get changed?” my brother now lets out an annoyed sigh.
“I told you so many times not to forget that we have important stuff to do today.” my brother said obviously very annoyed with me.
“Okay, and what exactly am I supposed to be remembering. Cause I’m kinda at a loss here.”
“I’m going to the scouting meeting for a new member of my team and I want you there with me.” my brother said walking away from me.
