"GET READY FOR LANDING!"
I yelled to the crew. Though it had no effect on the men when they were already getting ready for it.
"Me, Wooyoung and Yunho are gonna go to the town for shopping"
Seonghwa said coming up to the quarterdeck
"Are you sure you're fine by on your own?"
I asked with worry in my words
"Yes we will be fine Hongjoong. You have stressed too much lately, you should get rest too. This doesn't mean you have to control everything"
I know I shouldn't. I'm not the captain of this whole crew, but the captains son. And after the rough fight with a rival pirate ship, my father's plan got screwd. Especially now that he had poison in his blood. And that stressed me the most when our medic didn't have the antidote. I'm trying to be as helpful as him now that he is resting but the crew doesn't really trust a 16-year-old boy to be the captain, and I can see why. My father has been a good captain for years and I could never replace him. He had helped me to put up my own crew and we have helped and learned as much as we can.
"you should come too, I think Yunho would need one eye pair more to look out for the medicine he needs for your father."
Seonghwa smiled and put his hand on my shoulder, squeezing it lightly.
"yeah maybe. I guess the old salt can still talk and give orders from the bed"
I laughed dryly.
"now go on boys, we will handle this while you can get ready to go to the town"
My father's right-hand man, Joonghoong, said. My father appreciates him so much he named me after him, and he really is a trustworthy man. I nodded to him.amd then Seonghwa and I went down to the main deck and he went to the sickbay to inform Yunho as I went to the captain's cabin.
"you worry too much"
I turned to my father's bed
"How can you tell?"
"I'm your father, I can tell when something is in your mind"
He smiled at me but then he saw I had taken my jacket
"are you going to the town?"
"ay captain, me and some of my crew are gonna go to find the medicine for you and just relax a little, it has been hard for everyone lately"
"you know you should not be the one who is pushed to have some time to relax, you should be there for your crewmates, especially when things hav-"
He started to cough but before I could panic more it stopped
