-Shoutout to @lunarneko_ for giving me the idea to write this! This was all her thinking!

Next up was the young Korean boy, with blackish brown hair, his heart beating faster as the girl next to him finished her introduction.

"Okay, Soobin! You are next, please introduce yourself to the class!" A kind voice called out to the boy. Soobin's mind was racing for every single answer to his introduction, reminding himself to not make any mistakes. He stood up, seeing all of the young eyes turn directly at him, observing every single move he makes. He gulped, and started to speak.

"H-hi, m-my n-name is S-Soobin. C-Choi Soobin." he began, "I-I'm only 5-5, a-and l-let's a-all hav-ve f-fun h-here!"

The young children all clapped their hands as Soobin sat down, his heart slowing down as he smiled.

"Of course we will Soobin! Please enjoy yourself here!" the teacher reassure the child. Soobin turned to look at the standing boy next to him, wanting to know all of him classmates names.

"Hi there! My name is Choi Yeonjun! I'm only 6, and I love to dance! I can't wait to meet all of you!" The boy proclaimed, a big smile on his face showing his confidence. Yeonjun? That's his name right?

After a few more people presented, it was time to do a coloring sheet which you can use any colors you want, Soobin got up from the soft carpet to find his seat. Once he found his seat, he was surprised that Yeonjun's seat was right next to him, but he focused more on the coloring. He grabbed the coloring paper that was neatly stacked in the middle, grabbed some colored crayons, and started to color.

"Hey Soobin!" A voice next to him called his name. He looked to his left and saw Yeonjun sitting in the once empty seat, smiling right in his face. He instantly blushed in embarrassment, and look straight down at the paper.

"Hey." He tapped on his shoulder. "You okay?"

Soobin nodded instantly, but he still kept working on the coloring page, not looking up at the boy.

"Hey it's okay! I won't eat you! You're really cute by the way!" He touched his cheeks, but instantly jumped back once he did. "Woah! Your cheeks are so squishy! They feel like mochi!"

"Thanks." He mumbled as his cheeks started to turn into a reddish color. Yeonjun noticed the reaction, and quickly apologized.

"I'm sorry if I'm making you feel uncomfortable, you really don't talk much do you?" He asked him.

"Yeah." He finally replied, coloring the little flower yellow and blue. Yeonjun looked over the shy boy's shoulder, seeing the colors he was using.

"Why are you coloring the flower yellow and blue? Isn't it supposed to be purple or yellow?" He asked once again.

"I love those colors! They are so pretty!" Soobin replied to Yeonjun, his eyes sparkling as he finished the flower.

"Wow! It really is pretty!" Yeonjun as he looked at Soobin.

"I told you!" Soobin giggled as he smiled back at Yeonjun.

As the days went by, Soobin and Yeonjun both became close friends because of that one interaction.

"So, do you like dancing?" Yeonjun asked Soobin as he bit into his sandwich.

"Yeah, I really love to dance and sing, I hope I can be an idol one day!" Soobin slurped up some spaghetti as he replied to his friend.

"Hey! I have a great idea!" He got up and pulled Soobin away from the table. "We can become idols together!" Soobin laughed in agreement as they started to dance to imaginary songs, but sat down instantly once the teacher came by and thought of their names. The two young friends kept in touch every summer, going to each other's houses to have a playdate and playing with other kids. Soobin and Yeonjun both stayed close for many years, they helped each other if they were stuck on homework or in a really hard time in their lives. They were teased by other kids that they were gay for each other in the 6th grade, but they always ignored it. They were still friends and both had their dreams locked together. Nothing could separate the close friends, until their last summer together.

"Hey Soobin!" A voice from his phone called his name.

"Hey." He replied.

"So, what middle school are you going too?" The male voice asked.

"Oh, Choigmun Middle School." Soobin told him, a sigh replied to his response.

"Really? I got into Hanlim Multi-Arts School, to bad you aren't with me. How can we become idols together if you're not at that school?" He mumbled into the microphone.

"It's okay Yeonjun! I'll get in soon! You can become an idol without me, and I'll just join later on! There were many idol groups who done that too!" Soobin cheered the boy up.

"Okay then, I'll see you soon! Bye Soobin!" Yeonjun laughed through the call.

"See you!" Soobin waved, even though Yeonjun wasn't in front of him, and ended the call. He sighed and slumped down to the floor, his hands covering his face.

"I hope." He whispered as he started to cry.

Why, why am I crying? Yeonjun, help me please. This isn't right, I'm not supposed to cry. Why do you have to go away from me? You were my closest friend ever, why do you have to leave me? Choi Yeonjun please, don't leave me.
