This story is about two worlds which is probably the Reality vs a Webtoon. A surgical resident is pulled into the webtoon world of W, which was created by her father, and becomes entangled in a murder mystery.

She was just standing there, at the rooftop and now she was standing at her dad's room, where she was before going through all that drama saving a life. She looked around in disbelief. She saw the drawing of Kang Chul lying on the floor with blood on the tablet. Her hand was trembling, she touched the tablet screen, nothing happened it was her dad's plain old tablet. She touched it again, more like knocked at it.
"What are you doing, Yeon Joo?" Soo Bong asked. Yeon Joo was startled that it made her scream, even Soo Bong screamed like a girl holding the pen upright as if he was going to stab someone.
"My gosh. Hey" said Yeon Joo.
"Goodness. Why are you so startled?" Soo Bong said after screaming which Yeon Joo didn't notice at all.
"What... What happened to me?" she asked.
What do you mean?
Didn't I disappear for a long time?
You disappeared? When?
I mean I was in the room by myself, and you went out to call the police.
"Yeon Joo. I didn't call the police. Mr Oh is..." he hesitated for a while "just fine!" He said happily
"What?" she said.
"He met the deadline. I don't know where he is, but he sent the cartoon just now. He also made Chul live. You were right. He only went to clear his head because it was hard to decide whether he should kill Chul or not. I was a fool to call you. He really sent it. I'll show you." Soo Bong said Yeon Joo was gulping in the meantime.
"Where is he?" She asked whilestopping Soo Bong from leaving the room again.
"I haven't heard from him, but he'll be here soon since he finished it. Come out now! " Then he ran out of the room. Yeon Joo was still in the room breathing heavily.
"Yeon Joo" he called out and ran back into the room again. "Gosh, Yeon Joo. Hurry up. Hurry out." Then she walked out of the room.
"Gosh. Come on. Have a seat." Soo Bong took her to where his PC was and told her to sit down. Then he turned it on and told her to go ahead. (He told her to look at her dad's art work)
"Yeon Joo. Our Chul is still alive!" Sun Mi said.
"This isn't a final episode, either. I guess he will run it a bit longer. " Yoon Hee said.
"Isn't it great!" said Sun Mi.
While Mr Oh's three employees' cheered for 'Kang Chul being ALIVE'. Yeon Joo went through her dad's new episode.
