This story is about two worlds which is probably the Reality vs a Webtoon. A surgical resident is pulled into the webtoon world of W, which was created by her father, and becomes entangled in a murder mystery.

"There you are." Professor Park came barging into the room opening the doors with a big bang and making a big fuss.
"I understand that your father loves you very much. I understand. But how can he make you a cartoon character? How can a reader like me read it?" He said while Yeon Joo was so confused that she didn't heard a word what he told. She was more like swallowing her fear while Professor Park continued his lecture.
"Did you see it? Look" he came closer to the computer monitor. As he clicked on the mouse to scroll upward to show her the rest of the webtoon she was startled. "Gosh"
"Did you see this? 'The cardiothoracic surgery of Myungsei University medical Center'. He's making it so obvious that she's his daughter. How can I concentrate when a scammer like you save Kang Chul? And what? Oh Yeon Joo is beautiful? This is crazy. At that moment I realized that I have an aggressive side in me. I realized that I can wish to kill people instead of saving people." Professor Park said as he was cut off by Yeon Joo...
"Pro...fess...or... Park, let's talk later. This is not what I wanted." she said while stuttering.
"You asked your father to do this, didn't you? Instead of bringing me a spoiler, you ruined the great work by pulling you in the story!" He said while raising his voice.
Yeon Joo cut him off "Can you please step out?"
"What did you say?" Prof Park asked as he was confused.
"This is not a good time." She said while pushing Prof Park.
"What are you doing?"He asked while moving backwards cause Yeon Joo was pushing him.
"Please go out."
"Are you mad?" he asked.
"Please." she was more like begging him to get out while pushing him slowly near to the door.
"Did you touch me?" he was looking at her giving her a weird look.
"You're touching and pushing me." Just as he said that Yeon Joo raised her voice real loud and told him to "PLEASE GET OUT" and pushed him hardly that made him nearly fall to the ground. On the other side of the door was Yeon Joo's roommate Seok Beom walking on the corridor who was about to enter the room when Professor Park bumped on to him (more like Prof Park fell and Seok Beom caught him before reaching the floor )
"Oh gosh!"
"You startled me!!"
Yeon Joo locked the door that instant after kicking out Prof Park.
"What happened Professor Park?" Seok Beom asked.
"Ha... Did you see that? She's making me go crazy." Then Prof Park tried to open the door but it was locked.
"Come out!" He shouted.
"What happened?" Yeon Joo told herself while breathing heavily.
"What's happening? Think, Yeon Joo." She left the door and went looking for her phone on the desk. She took a call to Soo Bong.

At Soo Bong's place...
He was biting his pen when his phone rang. He answered it.
"Hello, Yeon Joo?"
"Soo Bong. You saw it, right? Kang Chul is looking for me. This is absurd. He is looking for me."
"That's right. He's looking for you now." He said in a lethargic way.
"He has my business card and he's trying to find me. That's the business card I gave to the manager at the hotel. It's my actual business card. It says, 'Myungsei University Medical Center, Oh Yeon Joo'."
"That's right. 'Myungsei University Medical Center, Oh Yeon Joo'. The storyline looks a bit strange to me, too. He's suddenly focusing on the new character. Where can he be drawing this? I can't still reach him." Soo Bong said.
"He's not the one drawing this."
"Who else then?"
"It's taken a life of its own when Kang Chul survived."
Soo Bong sighed.
"He was supposed to die, but he didn't. So now it's making its own story." she said.
"What on earth re you talking about?" he asked a bit angrily.
"Don't you understand what I'm saying? I know. I don't understand what I'm saying, either. I sound like a crazy person. Kang Chul is alive. He's alive and looking for me. A different world exists in W. The world where Kang Chul lives."
"Yeon Joo. Calm yourself. I don't get what you're..."
Yeon Joo cut him off... "I know I'm right!" She shouted that Soo Bong took his phone away from his ear.
Yeon Joo hang up the phone and quickly kept her phone on the desk. "Goodness!"
She breathed heavily and took a deep breath in and slowly sat near her PC and looked at the screen.
